John’s message is great, but he neglects to factor in the overwhelming evidence (both real and apparent) that has been presented oer the pst 4 years that it was all a big lie. That the executive branch’s motivations for going to war weren’t enitrely about the “type of world we were going to live in”. $28 to $95 dollars per gallon, who benefits? Overarching powers of the executive branch? Total disregard for the Constitution? If our so called leaders had conducted themselves in a manner warranting following we wouldn’t be having thi discussion. Torture, funneling billions to their cronies. Call me an idiot, but when the pardons come nobody will be laughing. Bush better hope that Hillary hands him a pardon too.

Hear! Hear! Zig nailed this, and sadly it appears that KFI never got over his public disagreement with John Kobylt on this topic. There are things we do because they are the right thing. The poster “Pyle” claims that the reasons we were given were all “lies”. I know this, where there is rumor, there is at least a little bit of truth. For all his faults, Bush reacted to the same intelligence the Congress did. THere were no lies. There were best estimates of what could happen. Had we not taken out the Husseins and another attack happened… Bush would have been blamed. Folks, you can’t have it both ways. Either we avenge our dead, protect liberty, defend our borders or we can curl up and let some pipsqueak country walk all over us. GOD FORBID! If you ask me the wrong guy left KFI Tuesday. The whiny socialist Rich Marrotta should have left. He’ll call a boxing match, but lacks the spine to back his country’s position in the world. Despite respecting Bill Handel very much, I’ve stopped listening to Handel’s show because of Marrotta.

As far as Pyle’s comment about funnelling millions to one’s cronies… the Clintons did much of the same. Further, thanks to the military base closures under Bill Clinton, we are less prepared than ever before. We are forced to rely upon the National Guard instead of our Military to fight the war. Thanks to Bill Clinton’s lack of foresight and Pollyanna-esque view of the world, our country was caught with its proverbial pants down on 9-11-01 because our military was weakened. And you dare call Bush an idiot! He was handed a steaming pile of manure byt the Clinton administration. If I recall, the federal gov’t should be defending the interests of the country at home and abroad — that INCLUDES oil.

We’ll miss ya’ Zig. Best wishes.

Here, Here! Fin’s Mom as well of course Zig. His passion will be missed. And now who will be there to tell us the real truth…

Here’s to our soldiers! They are My Heros! I will always back them cause they willingly put themselves in harms way while a lot of other people just sit around and bitch about things.

For those that complain about any war we fight and/or Bush, you are lucky to have such freedoms. Remember that.
