I used to feel sorry for reporters when they were being attacked and harmed in foreign lands. Now I smile when I hear another leftist “journalist” goes by the wayside :)

JameS (and anyone else who thinks like this), this is where leftists get it wrong every time. Freedom for all does not give one the freedom to limit another’s freedom. If someone is doing something that annoys you, then you have the freedom to respond in like (kicking their camera is on the fringe of what freedom for all would allow in a civilized society), but not the freedom to take away their freedom to annoy you. In other words, a law that says you can’t film people without their permission does essentially remove freedom, not add it.
