And as far as Blacks beinbg profiled, arrested, and convicted disproportionatly, why has no one mentioned that Blacks commit disproportionatly more than their fair share of crime? They are 12% of the national population yet commit 50% of all robberies-the last time I checked the FBI uniform crime rates they were also far ahead of the populace in homicide and rape. And this business of profiling has never really been proven. It is fraught with minor details like the racial component of the districts the officers work in, or minor details like suspect descriptions which are way up for Blacks because they commit so much crime. Getting real tired of this sad BS, and particularly because all these victimology students refuse to confront crime rates by race.

The only teaching moment here is…don’t badmouth the cops when they’re there to do their job.
