12. Avoid buying union made products, especially cars.
13. Pressure your state government to FIRE UNNECESSARY employees BEFORE RAISING TAXES. Get citizens to review what is going on or not going on.

Looked at the address and under “ballpark history” and nowhere was the word “Cominskey” used that I could see. Also did a search for “cominskey” on the main MLB.com site and no results were found.
Either I missed something or this is another desperate attempt to lie and cover up another Obama mistake.
While this mistake is small and petty, it along with the lies and historical re-writes used to explain it point to a larger issue. Every time Mr. Obama says something wrong or potentially controversial, there is someone ready to tell us mere subjects what he REALLY meant or to invent a history that up to that point didn’t exist so that he will be proven correct… and no one of importance challenges this! This is a dangerous way of governance we have not seen in the United States in quite some time.

BTW, all you Obama haters, the guy who said near the top of this comment section, “no obama guy here, but am a chicago guy…that is how many locals pronounce it – also say soldiers field instaed of soldier field” — it’s true, most people DO say “Cominsky Field” until they actually see how Charlie Comiskey’s name was spelled, or they’ve read “Eight Men Out” — and some never do see the name in its written form, of course.

As a die-hard Sox fan, it sickens me to see a poser like Obama sporting Sox gear and saying anything about the Sox. I will give him “Cominskey,” as many
South Siders are prone to this mispronunciation, but no true South Sider or Sox fan would ever refer to U.S. Cellular Field as “Comiskey (or Cominskey) Field.” Additionally, no true Sox fan wishes the Cubs well either.
I would be shocked if Obama sat in the “nose bleed” seats more than once in the old Comiskey Park. Show me the ticket stubs from the upper deck and while you are digging those up, see if you can find your birth certificate. Say what you will about Bush, but at least he was genuine and could throw a baseball 60’ 6” with more velocity than a Girl Scout.
