Water Rationing for Venezuela’s Capital City

AFP: Residents of the Venezuelan capital face cuts in water service for as much as 48 hours per week, after the government imposed rationing to stem a 25 percent shortfall in the city's supply, officials said Monday. Officials said cuts in water service were to be staggered throughout Caracas through the duration of the current dry season, which is not expected to end until May 2010.

Don’t be so critical:outside threats must be dealt with, gota keep the people focused on global warming, oops wrong country!! Well anyway,if they are focused on the swine Flu,oops wrong country again. We have to keep the people focused on this water shortage so they won’t worry about things they have no business worrying about. I’m sure Hugo has everything, and I do mean everything—UNDER CONTROL !!

You know if their government wasn’t controling maybe they would have inovative private sectors solving this problem.

But instead they will kill the people, oh and telling ya how to shower and maybe they go to jail for flushing to many times.
