Watch the Trailer: Danish Film of Neo-Nazi Gay Affair Wins Rome Fest

AP: The winning movie, "Brotherhood," takes a hard look at the neo-Nazi group that the leading character, Lars, joins after leaving the army. The group carries out raids on homosexuals, but Lars and his mentor in the group, Jimmy, begin a love affair that they try to keep secret. "Brotherhood" is the first feature film by Nicolo Donato, a 35-year-old who previously worked as a fashion photographer.

Man, they are all out of ideas. The bad guys are always the Nazis and the good guys are sometimes the gays (who are blamless holy people you can’t criticize). It’s really sad what cinema has become.

Actually, that’s a lot like the sexual dynamics of the German Nazis, whose elite were frequently of the sort given to very forceful, authoritarian, ‘bitch’ homosexual behaviour. It was the effeminate homosexuals that they had it in for and sent to the Arbeitslagern (work camps). They did not think that many of them were as worthy of elimination as Jews, who were sent to Koncentrationslagern, or concentration/ death camps.
