Persons who fail to purchase insurance, and have been fined, are considered class F felons, and automatically lose their GOD GIVEN right to own firearms, and the IRS SS (Social Services) division agents are empowered to SEIZE ANY FIREARMS IN THE HOME OF THOSE WHO FAIL TO “VOLUNTARILY COMPLY” WITH THIS LAW.

Few will bother to read this but I’m going to make a forecast..based on observation. We will not have a ‘fair’ election in November..by then, the left will have locked this nation up because we haven’t had the will to stop them. We have little in the way of leadership that is bold enough to turn the tide…ie..All of the talk about what the Republicans would do to the Healthcare Bill..which amounted to exactly nothing.
We need jobs..they give us healthcare, possibly cap and trade, immigration and the fairness doctrine. They extend unemployment insurance to keep the masses quiet..they extend mortgage forbearance another 6 months..to keep more quiet..they continue to hire in the government..helps the unemployment numbers look better..and on and on.
Unless the American people can get a handle on their representatives in D.C…they are going to run the board..and we’ll be sitting on our butts asking what hit us, Nov. 5th.
Our nation seems to be on the verge of bankruptcy but Democrats and Republicans both spend more money than we have, and we keep re-electing them. Doesn’t owing $12.5 trillion dollars matter? How can we spend $4 billion more each day than we take in, or to promise people benefits we can’t possibly afford? It doesn’t work that way in my home or at the office; is government so different? The politicians say we are going to give free health care to 30 million people and save money; what a deal. So shouldn’t we offer free health care to 60 million and save twice as much? The Cash for Clunker program gave away $3 billion, and the government said it really helped the economy. If it helped so much, shouldn’t we do it again? We gave something like $787 billion to bail out banks and investment firms and that obviously worked well. I mean look at all those big bonuses everyone received. Why don’t we give them a trillion more? Perhaps we could just give everyone who wants one a new house? Think of the jobs that would be created. The trees that would have to be cut, the concrete poured, the shingles laid, the sheetrock hung. Why do the Democrats and Republicans fight so much about how to spend all this money we don’t have? When I was in second grade, my Dad taught me that just because someone else does something that does not make it right for me to do it. The Democrats filed briefs saying it was unconstitutional three years ago to pass legislation without voting, but the Republicans did it anyways, then the Democrats threaten to do it when it serves their purposes to pass their healthcare bill and not worry about it being unconstitutional. Why should either party ever let principles get in the way of getting their way? When medi-care passed CBO’s cost estimate was wrong by 8 times. Is obamacare gonna be 8 trillion instead of 1??????? There is an organization called GOOOH that is working to send 435 citizen representatives to Washington instead of career politicians, which sounds like a great idea to me, and so I’ve signed up. Your “what if” is just that because the President didn’t do that.
In a nutshell, if a President and/or Congress engage in illegal or unconstitutional actions there are legal processes to check those actions and remove the person from office if necessary.
If a President and/or Congress passes lawful legislation that is unpopular with the people then the President and/or Congress will eventually face the popular determination of the American Electorate.
Every argument from the right has basically been “I don’t like this legislation, therefore it is unconstitutional.” Well, not liking a law does not make it unconstitutional it only makes the law unpopular.
Many of you disagree with health care reform but you lost the election. Obama ran on health care reform and he was ELECTED by the people to take the reins of government and carry out his platform.
The citizens who don’t like health care reform have every right to lift their voices in peaceful opposition and work to elect people who they agree with. The citizens who support health care reform have the right to do the same. This is how our Republic works.
