I visited a Mosque while in Egypt, and I was taken into it by a Muslim friend. I was given dirty looks by everyone in there.

A gentleman added a post on Thursday that suggested that people go to http://www.Dearpolitician.org to write your politicians. Of course, he made it sound too-good-to-be-true, but I checked it out and found it to be a legit website that is pretty cool. The one thing that caught my attention is that they had a section called “Things Americans Should Know”. The interesting thing about this section is that it has the complete, US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and Pledge of Allegiance all in audio format. They have the text version, but face it, who reads all of those documents. They actually have all of those documents professionally recorded. I listened to all of them Saturday, after hearing the news of more American soldiers getting killed, I felt I could at least listen to the documents they list their lives to protect. I recommend everyone take the time to visit http://www.dearpolitician.org and listen to the most important documents we are all trying to protect.

I am a Christian foremost…a follower of the teachings of Jesus Christ the only Begotten Son of Almight GOD! The GOD of Abraham, Issac and Jacob!
My Christ has told me to “render unto Caesar what which is Caesar’s! That means I am to abide by the laws of the land as long as they are not in conflict to the teachings of my GOD!
For instance…if I were to be in a situation that some in Germany were in under the Nazis, and they told me to physically process human beings into gas chambers to be murdered…I would be obligated first to my faith in Christ that says to take no human life…unless in defense…and I would disobey the orders of that government!
However, I am obligied to pay taxes and I am admonished to pay tithe (10% to my chosen church affiliation)! I pay my taxes first and then I pay my tithe…that is what GOD requires.
There is no conflict…until it comes in conflict with GOD’s laws!
I am never, ever told by my GOD not to obey the laws of the land…and that I am required to “kill all those in opposition to my faith” as does Islam.
Islam requires complete obedience to their faith/culture no matter what!
Christianity requires complete obedience to those in authority and to Holy Scripture and when the two conflict…my faith and it’s teachings comes first.
