Vice President Biden Makes Surprise Visit to Iraq

Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Iraq Thursday. Biden is in Iraq to visit with U.S. Troops and meet with Iraqi leaders, including President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
