What’s a non-sexual encounter? Is having pictures of naked children a non-sexual encounter? Which is worse? The penalty should be more for reality than pictures, IMO.

Now, does the woman have to return the money or face extortion charges? Something tells me not, wouldn’t that also be part of the ‘healing process” she mentions in the article? The hot tub encounter was 27 years ago yet the extortion was only back in 2002, she should be brought up on charges and “heal” in jail.
One last thing, if he’d have just done the very same thing with a girl that was 18 or higher, we’d have a total non-story. I guess there’s another lesson there.
