This is truly a God-given blessing on this earth that a child born like that can undergo surgery and walk normally. We recognize that. We also ask that the United States will continue to be a place where doctors can operate and help people. Sadly, if this child would have been in America in the coming years if health care reform passes, she might have fallen victim to health care rationing. Speak up against the health care bill: it is evil and includes un-imaginable scenarios the likes of which Americans have never seen. We don’t want rationing of health care in America. In Britain, they have a system in which if a baby is born before it is 24 weeks old, prematurely, the doctors will let the child die instead of giving it something as simple as oxygen and putting it into an incubator. Google it; you will find out all about it. Stop the health care plan. Vote NO on health care reform in America.

Thank God she was born in a country that opened their heart to this sweet child…..I can just imagine if this was in China, they would enforce a one child policy and kill the child…..sorry for the opportunity to get political but I fear its the truth in this case….
She is absolutly gorgeous and may God bless her every day…..

This unfortunate child will now be subjected to Indian worship as a reincarnation of the Indian God Lakshmi.
I hope the parents will not exploit her for money. Sadly I guess they will as is often the case when a birth defect resembles one of their Gods.

You are an idiot. How would health care reform prevent this child from having reconstructive surgery? If anything she is more likely to get it under Obama’s plan than right now. Isn’t this a preexisting condition?

And Johnny Rotten, what birth defect resembles Jesus? How is Jesus better than Lakshmi? If it works for them, then how is it any of your business?
