I don’t know if Soon-to-be Supreme Court Justice Kagan is “too smart” for any man to be with her. But, I am sure she is “too smart” to spend one minute on this site/blogs. Having first listened to Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s immature remarks in promoting Kagan, hearing what Gingrich has to say to the contrary is very welcome.

The Left will continue populating the judiciary with Leftwing political operatives unless and until the rest of us stand up to them and tell them they aren’t welcome any longer to do so.

I agree that whoever among the GOP votes to confirm Kagan is going to be toast when next up for re-election. I think we can rely on Lindsey Graham, however, to roll over for the Left like he usually does. Unfortunately.

We heard ad infinitum has Obama was “so smart” during the Leftwing media blitz on his behalf, and look how that turned out: he isn’t so smart, in fact, whether he’s somewhere about two points above average is debatable.

Kagan is likely in the same area. She and Obama among other Democrats are people promoted in life by way of glitz, hype and being told they’re better than anyone else and when examined under a closer look, it always turns out they’re simply people promoted for purposes of making the Left look glitzy, fancy and superior.

It’s all just hype. Kagan was a B-student at best and since she’s never even accomplished so much as publishing much of anything — and has limited experience working only as “adviser” to the political Left before being pushed on Harvard by the political Left (Larry Summers got her the job) — I’d say Kagan’s another one of those useful stooges the Left manufactures by hype and various other closed collective strategies.

Kagan as “smarter than you” is contrary to the decency and standards that most people use to live among and contribute to a good society. It’s only the Left who is hapless enough to believe their own hype, however — the rest of us see it as vanity, gossip and a huge amount of political Leftwing egomania.

The one and only time Kagan was ever before the Supreme Court, her ridiculous (and stupid, that means, “not smart”) opening statement was pummeled by Scalia before Kagan even completed it — so foolish an opening statement, so inaccurate, that Scalia took her and the statement to task and exposed it as ridiculous no more than a paragraph into the words.

Kagan was shown to not know what she was even talking about and worse, she was there before the Supreme Court trying to tell them what they knew quite clearly to be untrue. Kagan was shown to be a legal incompetent.

So what does the Left have to say about that? They claim Kagan’s “smart”!
