The Constitution does NOT delegate the power to the federal government to establish a national health care plan. and yes, Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP are all unconstitutional.
For those historically ignorant the SCOTUS would likely have found these unconstitutional if not for FDR threatening to pack the SC when they determined Social Security to be unconstitutional. After his threat they reversed themselves and it’s been anything goes ever since.
Where were all these politicians like McCaskill who are shocked at the “rudeness” when we were listening to the liberal Dems crucify Bush, et al, every single day for 8 years? You want rudeness? Watch the left disrupt conservative speeches at universities or throw pies at speakers. Watch the left break windows and attack people when they march for their issues. Watch the left hold up hideous signs with hideous speech on it against people they disagree with. Watch the left wish death and/or disease on people they don’t like. I could go on and on. I’m sick of Politicians lying and/or telling half truths, misusing and abusing statistics. Who do they think they’re fooling. I’m tired of giving so much of my income, yet education, welfare, immigration, parks and rec services, Social security, etc. are all second rate. I’m tired of their not caring about our money.

Lets be honest. If the government stopped supporting Hospitals and insurance companies through protectionist legislation, our health costs might be lower.
