What a bunch of cute little pampered Marxists they are becoming.

Damn, these kids are so hip…

I can’t wait till their reporting to us how 10% unemployment is the new norm and to ask for more will be a detriment to our environment.

Excuse while I go vomit…wait nevermind, I don’t have enough carbon credits to do that this week.

CommonSense   October 26th, 2009 - 12:20 am

Kinda of odd that they say that they will “Only serve one master, answer to the people they’re their only Boss” and yet the one network that has more people watcing it than ANY other out there is the one they bash. Funny how at times all of the other Cable Networks combined don’t match FOX viewership.
So what people are they going to have as Master? So basically they want to be green and speak for the people – not the majority of people but the fringe minority that doesn’t represent those that will be paying these kids paychecks – soooooo I guess “J-School” is doing a fine job training the new crop of Journalists to be just like the elitist extremes that we have in the radically Left media today.
I say – FAIL! And I’m sure some of these kids will be excited to know that their video has hit a site like Breitbart and will come here to read these comments. To you I say you really need to open your minds to what really goes on in the world and not what you’ve been taught in school. There is a reason your Professors have not had the sand to get out in the world and chose to stay protcted in their collegiate cocoons. It’s called cowardice and constitutional fatigue.
But hey you are convinced you have all the answers to all the problems soooooo…..good luck with that.

But as you don’t a thing yet, maybe you can take something with you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTJ7AzBIJoI

A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Here are some wasted minds. And the sad thing is they think they’re cool. Pitiful examples of lost so-called intellectuals.

True Woody   October 26th, 2009 - 12:50 am

If you look at the journalism professors most are outright marxists. That is where the old ’60s hippies wound up.

Jana   October 26th, 2009 - 12:57 am

*Yawn* to be so young and totally brainwashed at this age. Fox bashing has become an easy, uninspired, “safe” thing to hate. It is the “tattoo” of the moment. They think it is ‘hip’, and radical but they look like a silly group of kids that think they are doing something ground breaking, and naughty. Go read a book and learn something. You know, besides hanging on every word your elitist professors spew, and remember, “those who cannot do, teach.”

sam   October 26th, 2009 - 12:57 am

COLUMBIA! Just another bastion for liberal mindwashing.

hmm   October 26th, 2009 - 1:02 am

Great that’s what 60 grand a year in tuition gets your at Columbia. He’ll do great at PMSNBC making sure Chrissy Matthews water cup is full at all time.

Columbia…did’nt obama go to that school? OOPS, I forgot, that seems to be a matter of National Security.

shane2813   October 26th, 2009 - 1:17 am

Shows you how smart these fools are. Going to school to get a job that isn’t there. HEY STUPIDS the Leftist news media is dying. These guys favorite words are going to be “would you like fries with that”. Poor little Leftists. MARXIST=DEMOCRATS=TERRORIST all the same ask the unemployed J school grads.

Jana   October 26th, 2009 - 1:30 am

The more of this type of thing you see, the more viewers the Fox Network gets. They just don’t get it. It all seems so pathetic, and desperate.

Burke Hamblin   October 26th, 2009 - 1:42 am

I wonder what it is that make left-wingers think that smarmy bandwagoneering is the key to effective communication. I’m no fan of the goofy Glenn Beck style or O’Reilly bloviating bluster, but their methods come off like polished Oxford debate prep in contrast with this kind of self-important “tee-hee” garbage.

txmike   October 26th, 2009 - 1:46 am

Just think, all these little hip-hoppers voted for the BHO SHOW.

Where were the “investigative journalists” 40 years ago on this – http://www.inlibertyandfreedom.com/mjk.htm

Oh, sorry, they were in-love Teddy.

darwin   October 26th, 2009 - 3:14 am

I enjoyed watching the “end of class rap”. It was fun. However, I was disappointed to see that the top J-Schools in the nation continue to assume that left-leaning political activism is an assumed characteristic of a good journalist. Don’t forget to check the facts on all sides of the current political spectrum, or you could find yourself softly pushed out of a job like Dan Rather, whose left-leaning political endeavors overruled his discernment when handed a fraudulent document.

Paul   October 26th, 2009 - 3:20 am

instead of being the watchdog of democracy, journalists have become the power-crazed Doberman, tearing it apart.

checkit   October 26th, 2009 - 3:41 am

Pathetic, they make those claims but go to a marxist school that brain washes them to socialist ideals, then sing about what they won’t do, that they have already become. BUT! I do give them credit for trying to get a job at one of the STATE RUN MEDIA stations, I am sure msnbc will interview them.

OBAMANATION at NOTRE DAME   October 26th, 2009 - 4:01 am

Eventually, their “reporting” too, will be featured on http://www.newsbusters.org

Gandhi's Fist   October 26th, 2009 - 4:32 am

Can’t blame them really, they’re just kowtowing to their communist professors. Being likely examples of public education, they’ve only been taught to believe, not think. Kind of a shame, they would be nice kids if they weren’t so daft.

FastFacts   October 26th, 2009 - 5:16 am

This just shows the ignorance of youth. There was a show that showed older Doctors and student going through medical school and what they believed about Health Care and how out of touch and ignorant the students were about the real world. The older doctors had to explain to them what it was really like out of academia. Quite interesting.

Aww isn’t it cute. The brainwashed children are coming to the fight of their gov’t masters. Cute little brainwashed children. How conforming of you.

Any political ideology that necessarily needs the support of the impressionable youth for it’s success is a flawed model.

They are not any different than the little Kindergartners at pre-school who have been taught to “Hail, Obama!”

Top journalism students in today’s colleges are nothing more than sheep following a Marxist agenda.

mick   October 26th, 2009 - 9:06 am

Young idealistic skulls full of mush. They would have been admirable Hitler youth recruits!

Ralph Berenger   October 26th, 2009 - 9:16 am

Whoa, there, broncos. Lighten up. I’m as conservative as they come, a former publisher from the most conservative state in the union, and I now teach J-School. I think Fox’ Hannity can tolerate a mild dig or two given that the NY Times (Blair) and the liberal New Republic (Glass) got slapped around in the video as well. Many of the values these kids espouse are traditional journalistic values worth repeating and honoring. It’s the stuff we teach ‘em–whether we professors are on right, left or down the middle. Nothing wrong with these time-honored journalistic ideals. What is wrong is that they are not rigidly followed by the Mainstream Media. Let’s talk to these kids in 20 years after they have been ground down by the tax mill and have worried about paying the mortgage. I’ve seen my own children go from left to center to right as biting reality sets in. Given ‘em time. They’re just taking the first step in a long march to maturity. I rather like their enthusiasm for a profession that has been tarnished because journalists have strayed from these ideals. (PS…I think Fox is doing a tremendous job and one day, I predict, you’ll see one or two of these fresh-scrubbed faces on it.)

Bill Smith   October 26th, 2009 - 9:39 am

To you hip young J-schoolers

You think alike, your professors think alike, your friends all think as you do, you want to work for media whose editors all think alike, you all reflexively bash Fox and Hannity, and yet you imagine yourselves to be in favor of Diversity, and Defenders of Freedom of Speech, and Thought. In Bashing Fox you violated your own oath. The media you worship is dying. You have been taught how to do journalism in a way that is being roundly rejected by its fed up consumers.

Get a Clue.

Bill   October 26th, 2009 - 9:58 am

Rap is not music just as Ebonics is not a language. It is noise pollution – mostly immoral rants against civilized society by a drug and crime infested ghetto sub-culture.

Music, as all art, should depict things as they could be and ought to be, celebrating and uplifting the human spirit. From a technical standpoint, it is widely accepted that music is based on a musical scale, and consists of melody, harmony, and rhythm. Rap does not contain melody or harmony, just rhymes performed to a “beat”.

Rap is, however, appropriate for these brainwashed children. It illustrates perfectly their lack of a moral compass and philosophical foundation – just empty minds ready to be filled with left wing garbage.

Michelle   October 26th, 2009 - 10:04 am

Look closely – Not much diversity in that room.

I wouldn’t hire any of them to rake my leaves-much less report of world events. They look and act like high school freshman. If this is the future of journalism – we are screwed

Bill   October 26th, 2009 - 10:29 am

You are right, Michelle. By the sound of their mindless rants, they would not be able to recognize the truth if it bit them in the … oh well, never mind.

WET BEHIND THE EARS OBAMAFREAKS   October 26th, 2009 - 10:50 am

Intelligent people know 0bama is nothing more than an imposter who is bent on destroying America. Academic Left Wing Liberally Indoctrinated Youth are lost and pathetic to say the least.

EEuro   October 26th, 2009 - 10:59 am

American culture is dead, whatever is left like rap and hip hop only shows that America is transforming into a third world country.

China may be poor but it really has its own culture, in other words the Chinese are a real homogenous nation while America is a country without a nation with just a mish mash of peoples.

China will rule the world.

snaggletoothie   October 26th, 2009 - 11:17 am

Translated into rap this is the leftie journalist meme that goes, “I don’t even have to do any investigating because I learned all of the answers in college.”

So I Say   October 26th, 2009 - 11:17 am

there is only ONE Master, and that master is HE above in Heaven.

Bill   October 26th, 2009 - 11:26 am

EEuro, I fear you may be right. When Khrushchev threatened to destroy us from within, he probably realized that leftist scum had been methodically accomplishing that since FDR. If we are to reclaim this country, we need to get back to basics – borders, language, and culture. Early immigrants assimilated into American society; they wanted to be Americans. Even blacks, after emancipation, wanted to assimilate. Politicians, however, foster ethnic and class warfare as a means to divide and conquer; enslaving minorities and destroying the American culture.

Rick   October 26th, 2009 - 11:55 am

Journalism is in troubleeeeeeee

Bill   October 26th, 2009 - 1:01 pm

Mick, apparently, something happened to GOP’s post. To bad, it was a perfect example of the left’s morality. The mere mention of the

word “truth” caused him to bare his fangs and froth at the mouth. Truth to a liberal is like sunlight or a cross to a vampire. If he had a web cam we

would probably have been able to see his evil, drooling face – red with fury, veins popping out, etc. Exposing evil is fun to watch.

GOP = Gay Old Party   October 26th, 2009 - 1:28 pm

Bill – yeah, it’s evil to think that Fixed News and Sean Hannity are frauds, liars, and propagandists. EEEEVILLL! If only there were a cure for mental re-t-ardation, maybe you would hve had a chance, Bill.

Wait, what are their names?

So we can expose THEM as the antithesis of open minds and balanced reporters. This video will come out later to haunt them. Idiots!

JP   November 2nd, 2009 - 2:20 pm

Hey, Drudge-bots, did you see all those lines they said in the beginning (check your facts, corroborate sources, etc.)? Fox News doesn’t know what that stuff means. Journalistic integrity is a mystery to Faux News. These students have an easy example of what NOT to do. Good for them.

demdicks   December 19th, 2009 - 10:09 pm

NY Times just laid off 18 more after all their other cuts. The only company hiring will be FOX NEWS, guess where those idiots shouldn’t even bother sending a resume to?…….lol

Justin Payne   December 28th, 2009 - 2:58 pm

The most distressing thing about this is that it shows how much we’ve dumbed down America in the last several decades; it represents what passes for a COLLEGE-level “education” nowadays. This kind of “discussion” or “demonstration” or “activity” would have got me drummed out of any of my HIGH SCHOOL courses (with the possible exception of first-year Drama).
