CRACKER BARREL ATTACK: ARMY VETERAN TASHA HILL BEATEN IN FRONT OF DAUGHTER, CALLED RACIAL SLURS..

On Tuesday evening police arrested Troy Dale West for beating an African-American army reservist in front of her daughter outside a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Morrow, Georgia. The woman, Tasha Hill, was entering the Cracker Barrel as West was leaving, and she asked him to “be careful” of the restaurant’s swinging door hitting her child.

“The man slung open the door pretty hard and fast and I had to push my daughter out of the way. I turned to the man and I just said, ‘Excuse me sir, you need to watch yourself you almost hit my daughter in the face.’ And from there it just went downhill,” said Hill.

At that point, West became enraged and began to beat the victim in front of her 7-year-old daughter, according to police. Hill said she told West she was an Army service member and she did not want any trouble.

West threw her to the ground and hit her in the head with his fists and feet, police said. During the exchange, witnesses said West could be heard screaming racial slurs towards the victim.

According to Hill’s report, and confirmed by many witnesses, West screamed out racial slurs before punching her in the face. “He said, ‘You’re an fucking black nigger bitch,’ is what he said,” said Hill.

The FBI is now investigating the beating as a possible hate crime. (Duh,….ya think??)

On Wednesday, the Atlanta office of the FBI confirmed they have launched a “preliminary” investigation, at the request of Morrow Police.

“The information gathered during the FBI’s investigation will be reviewed jointly by the U.S. attorney’s office in the northern district of Georgia and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division in D.C.,” FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett said.

West, of Poulan, was arrested last Wednesday on charges of cruelty to children, battery and disorderly conduct.

West is scheduled to appear in court on September 28th for a preliminary hearing.

If you grew up poor white in a minority neighborhood you know this to be true. We are also at times victims of racial hate and must not tolerate this double standard any longer.

That said, why is it only white people being charged with a hate crimes? A video that made the rounds on numerous web sites yesterday showed a teenaged white male getting pounded on by a black teenage male while others stood watching and cheering. Investigators said it was a case of “bullying”. Cases such as this happens consistently in integrated schools.

My point is, if these people were adults and not teens, that black adult would not have been charged with a hate crime.

Joe Wilson proposed an amendment that would enforce the provision of Illegal Aliens being prohibited from receiving health care benefits in the bill. That Amendment was voted down by the Democrats in the house. Why would they vote down a measure to enforce the language in their own bill? Then the President goes in front of a joint session, and makes a claim that completely ignores the fact that Illegals will be covered due to a lack of enforcement. Thus, President Obama either didn’t know and was talking out of his butt, or he was misleading the american people. Since Wilson’s “outburst” the president has called for enforcement to be added to the bill. The same enforcement that was proposed by Joe Wilson and other republicans in the house, only to be struck down by the Democrats.

This tactics has been used for a LONG time. I recall NC back in 1990s- challenging a council-woman (who was liberal), and she screamed that I was racist. I was a 25 year girl old who didn’t agree with her views, and it had NOTHING to do with her race. She obviously had serious issues, and I told her to seek professional help for her deep anger. That was my first brush with this garbage, and it’s obviously still being used. Until people challenge it, they will keep getting their way like spoiled brats.

I’m becoming very tired of hearing from Racists. For years, the subject of racial discrimination has been co-opted by the Democrats. Forget the fact that it was a Republican conservative that signed the Emancipation Proclamation, forget the Underground Railway that was staffed by many white folk that were tired of defining people by the color of their skin, forget all that because this is about class. The Left and the Democrats use the obfuscated equation of Black=Poor=Oppressed=Victims. Because of their victim mentality, there is a psychological identification that allows this misapplication of the equation. The Democrats are pulling many unsuspecting Blacks into a self-fulfilling pattern and prophecy. It’s only when the paradigm gets strained to the breaking point that it becomes as obvious as a pink elephant in the room. That’s what’s happening now.
You’ll notice in the equation above, the first element is race. By depending on race as a determiner of class, and using that class to their advantage, the Democrats are practicing a far worse brand of Racism than was ever represented by a Confederate flag. They are perpetrating a brand of Racism that holds people back, and that enhances the distinction.
As a white man, I can understand individuals being proud of their heritage. I can understand an individual being intellectually angry with the discrimination that has (past tense) occurred in our country. What I cannot understand, and will not accept, is a group or class of people being perpetual victims. As long as individuals discount their responsibility for what happens in their lives, this victim mentality will persist. Hmmm. Guess I’ve just summed up Liberalism in that last sentence. See the perfect little conundrum we have whipped up here?

For the very first time in my adult life, I am ashamed to be an
American. Over the past month, people exercising their 1st Amendment
right to free speech were eviscerated by members of Congress and the
media. Right or wrong, we have come to expect this from the media but
to hear members of Congress describing retirees and stay at home moms as
Nazis, thugs, and evil mongers makes it painfully clear, we as
Americans are not created equal. In this political climate, your rights
end where your conservative views begin. Not too long ago, the same
Congress and media celebrated as patriotic, protesters depicting signs
advocating George Bush’s death, portraying him as Hitler, and violently
objecting to his policies on a daily basis. Now I know, if I go to a
Town Hall meeting to discuss my objection to government run health care,
I will be labeled a racist. It seems one can not object to President
Obama’s policies without having the color of his skin made the issue.
This intimidation has yet to be denounced by the President; it appears
to benefit him too much. In my opinion, it not only diminishes him but
every person of color in the United States. I guess the dream of Martin
Luther King, for a person to be measured by the content of his
character, can be conveniently set aside if political capital is gained.
While there is no denying racism exists and must be fought at every
level, using it to beat back the crowds and intimidate Americans from
voicing their opinions and objections is unconscionable. When the race
card is pulled from every deck, it ceases to resonate with even the most
sympathetic and informed citizens, rendering the accusation meaningless.

The changes being contemplated will impact all Americans, and therefore
all Americans must feel free to speak out without being berated,
discredited, or trivialized. Attempting to silence dissenters is
contrary to the very essence of America as it was founded, and those
that do so should be ashamed.
