The disaster for Tina Fey came when she had to appear in the same camera shot as Palin on Saturday Night Live. That’s when America got to see how naturally attractive Sarah is and how anorexically thin and grotesque Fey actually is. Unlike Fey, Palin was not fake and had great natural talent. Too bad Tina. Not ALL of America prefers an overly made-up, bony, phony shrew.

President Obama picks a “Booger” out of his nose on national TV during the Healthcare Summit. No SNL skit to mock him——but, had Palin picked her nose on national TV, you can bet Tina Fey would be doing a skit impersonating Palin and pulling long strands of string cheese out of her nose. Unfortunately, NBC finds ways of tossing clips from skits into other more watched shows. That means that the Tina Fey parody of Palin gets as much, if not more exposure than Palin herself gets. It’s no wonder that Palin’s negatives are at or near 50%, which as we know, is the kiss of death for aspiring politicians (see Clinton, Hillary).
Sometimes, it’s not about being funny, or even ratings. It’s about forwarding the agenda, and kicking Palin to the curb is part of that agenda. SNL and Fey seem to be okay with angering half of America to do that.

In the public schools in the state where I live, the lowest scores and the lowest graduation rates are coming out of the Democratic neighborhoods. The highest scores and the highest graduation rates are coming out of the Republican neighborhoods. If they had far superior thought, their schools would be in much better shape.

I think Ron Paul was right on when he called Obama a “Corporatist” — a word I had not heard before but after I read it’s meaning and seeing how Obama’s transfer of wealth is really just happening between banks and corporations. Immelt, Gore and others are highly invested in these so-called green appliances, vehicles (Unions-Ford), windmills, etc. They are no different than the Republicans in this regard. I think that there are Democrat and Republican Corporatists; they just pretend they offer hope and change or they will repeal and rewrite, but in the end it comes out the same. Both have grown government and both have redristributed our wealth as they saw fit, with bribes and pay to play. How are we going to fix this?
