You forgot the most important cost of medical – insurance. Your commie Dems don’t tell you the Trial lawyers have the Dems in their back pocket. A huge part of soaring health costs are insurance and unbelievable payoffs. So long as your commie Dems are on the take with the trial lawyers, we’ll continue to have doctors pay unreasonable insurance, outlandish settlements, and a public paying for it in high rates.
Lawsuits and insurance rates are a big part of the lack of physicians and fewer graduates. Your messiah will do nothing about that.
Remember how much choice you get with good old failing Social Security then wonder how much you will get with the government health program. It will be broke almost as fast as the taxpayers go broke.

Does it make sense to anyone that this guy is trying to totally retool 20% of the economy in 45 days. He told us that unemployment wouldn’t pass 8% if the stimulus wasn’t passed. Today in the Washington Post, Robert Samuelson ( a liberal economist), noted that the $787 billion “stimulus” was squandered. He made the assertion that instead of being designed for the purpose of getting the economic patient of of the stretcher, it was designed for democrat political gain over the next ten years.
The bottom line is that with this president, he always plays a “hurry up” offense. Everything but EVERYTHING is an emergency and need to be dealt with as fast as possible, or else the sky will fall. Wasn’t it sweet how they jammed 300 pages into the cap and trade legislation at 3am of the day of the vote. The need for speed is due to the fact that Obama knows that if there is time to examine his initiatives, and that people will come to understand what is really in them.

Obams is right about health care costs breaking families and businesses, but he ignores the primary cause of spiraling costs. I know people who work in different hospital emergency rooms. They tell me patients show up for treatment of symptoms ranging from headaches to pre-natal care while claiming they have no money or insurance, then give false social security numbers. Apparently someone told them medical care is “free” when in reality these costs are passed on to us. Here’s a suggestion to bring down costs: Install a social security database and put INS agents outside emergency rooms. Anyone without a verifiable social security number will be treated, the transported to the nearest border crossing. Those who can prove citizenship, will be released and given a date to appear in court where a payment will be ordered based on income and ability to pay.. Once word gets out, there will be an immediate and dramatic drop in health care costs. If anyone thinks this is inhumane, then come up with a better way to stop the thievery..

Furthermore, anyone wanna tell me what the hell is wrong with socialist health care? It works for Scandinavia and Germany, which have had some of the best health rates in the world for decades. In fact, the *only* industrialized nation with failing health care? You guessed it. The US. You will *not* have to give up your current plans. This does *not discriminate against seniors–but the current system does. And if it adds a tax on the rich? Just evening the playing field.
In conclusion, I am an 4th-generation American citizen of pure European descent who receives perfect grades in high school and is not a member of a high-income family.
