Palin/Perry 2012

If more of the politicians got it then there wouldn’t be a need for tea party.

Does anybody really care what this guy says or thinks? Really. He covered up a case of a man who was wrongly executed, said he wanted to secede, then said he was refusing stimulus money on principle, only to beg for it like a month later. This guy is a fraud, just like every other politician from this s**thole of a state. We need to give Texas and every ignorant hunk of s**t who lives there, back to Mexico.

Talen   November 12th, 2009 - 11:03 am

For those of us who aren’t Obama Zombies, this is nothing new. Hopefully the rest of the freedom loving folks in this country will start waking up and paying attention to what’s going on.

Most of us figured this out August 2008 BEFORE the Bogus Election. Did you know that Obama’s Presidential Transition Team was formed in April 2008? That means that in April of 2008, they KNEW Obama was going to be President. The Fix was IN. There was nothing anyone could do about it. Talk about stacking the ODDS in your favor. This was a coup d’etat, not an election. Our Country has been taken over by the Socialist Party of America. This has been in the Planning stage since 1913 with the advent of the Federal (right) Reserve. Obama is the Final Nail in the Coffin of America and it’s Freedoms.

God Bless Texas!

@”Realist”…you don’t have all the facts and are clearly not equipped to participate in an intelligent discussion. Nice try you liberal troll.

Obamanable   November 12th, 2009 - 11:11 am

WTF! It is time to stand up against tyranny! Exercise your sovereign rights as a state and deny the transfer at the border of Texas! No more take-over by the Marxist, Leftist Obamanable Federal government! You fools that elected, or allowed the ACORN corruption to elect Obamanable, have cast a shadow on this great country – I hope you have learned your lesson, or I hope you are pushed to the curb if you still believe in this communist dictator!

Larry   November 12th, 2009 - 11:21 am

Don’t do what this guys says but rather what the Declaration of Independence allows. Stand up to your politician, be he local, state or federal and loudly proclaim, “NO, you’re not allowed to do this!” and walk away and be ready to fight for what’s yours.

Rick Perry is awesome. He needs to beat the tar out of Kay Bailey Hutchison, that big ole liberal RINO, so he can keep Texas in the lead in this nation.

It’s obvious to most that Obama is bent on socialism, and a great enemy of the free-market. The states, each and every one, need to stand up against the federal government.

Another politician speaks the truth. There have only been a few that have come out and spoken the S word. Actually there are more Democrats that have agreed that Obama’s agenda is socialistic. The clip was on http://www.americanparchment.com a few days ago of all those in Congress speaking about it. Especially Maxine Waters when she tried to correct herself and fix her wording.

@Realist-your comments only prove the point. The arsonist who killed his family you defend deserved to die. Go away and come back with FACTS not your worthless opinion.

Your squawking is typical…all squawk and no substance; just like your man-child messiah. Shouldn’t you and your 9th grade justification be in school right now?

Realist:

Sieg Heil much? In what backwater Northeastern union controlled sh*thole do you live? Massachussetts…New Jersey…New York…or do you hail from the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia?

Whichever Democrat controlled state you happen to call home, believe this, we, the citizens of Texas, are quite happy with our governor and our government. Sure Perry’s just another politician but he comes from a state where we DON’T look to the government to do the things we should do for ourselves and he reflects that attitude. We don’t want more government, we want less.

If you like the current fascist occupant of the WH, more power to you. But you, and everyone else from out of state, can STFU…and if you are here inside our borders, GO HOME!!

jonofrisco   November 12th, 2009 - 1:15 pm

Realist, you perception of facts astounds me. Perhaps Texas should divide itself into 5 separate states per the agreement when they entered the union as a nation. That would change the makeup of the senate.

Webster:

Your story illustrates the fascist nature of the current administration. Contracts mean nothing, private property rights are beginning to mean nothing and…it’s all part of the plan.

The things that are being represented as unfortunate parts of the recession, to wit, high unemployment numbers, are a FEATURE of this president’s program, not a BUG.

It’s called governmental corporatism or, as President Manchild’s favorite Italian Benito Mussolini named it…Fascism.

ā€œFascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power” – Benito Mussolini

Dr. Strangelove   November 12th, 2009 - 1:30 pm

“U.S. headed towards Socialism.” Certainly not news outside the Beltway.

At least Gov. Rick “Good Hair” Perry is not hinting at secession this time, like he did at his Texas Tea Party speeches. That is not a smart subject for a sitting governor to throw around lightly, certainly not one from a former Confederate state. Sam Houston and Andrew Jackson were two southern icons who strongly disapproved of secession. And history proved it was a devastating idea for the nation. Perry ought to keep that in mind.

Gandhi's Fist   November 12th, 2009 - 1:32 pm

Eeehaww! I sure like it when people–especially those in power–call em like they see em. This governor would have been infinitely better than the current low rent liberal presently residing at the White House.

Texas punished? Absolutely. Dems are socialists and communists? Correctimundo! Now if we could only get the news media to report facts so the entire electorate could be informed, we might get somewhere.

America…the jury is still out on this man! Be careful not to throw any support behind him until you have done the homework!

Both Bushes were Republicans and they were, and are, both members of the Bilderberg Society seeking to usher in the “New World Order”!

I would venture to say that this man is being brought forth into the public venue more often because he is going to run for the Presidency in 2012.

He might be the same as Obama…being groomed for the Presidency!

It seems I read somewhere in a piece by Politico that “Perry” was an attendee at one of the secretive Bilderberg meetings in 2008?

In the past…the same happened with Edwards, Kerry, Clinton and others who appeared before the Bilderberg before running for office!

So be careful here…free thinking Americans…we cannot afford to be duped again.

Let’s do our homework and reserve our judgment on anyone before endorsing them for anything!

Just a head’s up!

Realist, I am not a Perry fan either, but as for your bashing of Texans as idiots, there is a reason (and no, not just from oil) Texas’ economy hasn’t cratered like most everywhere else. It has a more diversified economy (thanks to actively seeking that out) and a more innovative business climate than most anywhere else. And given that Texas is a net contributor in dollars to the federal government you’d be cutting off your nose to spite your face. If you live there, please get out.

What Perry is also imply is that this administration is shipping in future democratic voters. The amnesty state status bankrupted California, and now they are trying to re-locate them into Texas. This administration will then move on to New Mexico, and other states, all for the promise of reaping in future voters.

This is despicable, and just goes to show all Americans that this administration is h@ll bent on destroying this country’s entire economy, all in the zeal for self preservation and expansion. Overwhelming small towns with thousands of illegals will completely collapse all social services. The more you hear about this group, the more they stink. And the anger continues to boil. 2010.

Texas is into small government? That is the most outrageous statement I’ve heard all day. The state government has grown by leaps in bounds in the past few years.

Texas isn’t a “gimme” state? Come visit us on the other side of the tracks. I’ll show you around a world of government assistance. Not me, mind you. I am an employed property-owning tax-paying individual.

Texas doesn’t get involved in the personal lives of its citizens? Why so many marijuana busts? Families being torn apart because of a plant?

Texas is a GIGANTIC state, with all different kinds of people. Stop trying to represent what you believe Texas is all about.

Miserable leftists   November 12th, 2009 - 4:11 pm

Ever wonder why leftists and liberal dimocRATS are so miserable, hateful and nasty mouthed? When they have no power they are miserable. When they are in power they are just as miserable. They are miserable all the time. A real personality disorder.

The average leftist liberal dimocRAT is not happy unless everyone else is also miserable as they are and whining about something that doesn’t go their way or some imagined transgression against them or the latest official victim group. What makes them the most miserable is hearing someone else with an opinion different than their own and no way to shut them up.

Their only recourse is to become a resident TROLL on some website that they hate so they can be miserable and hateful with others that post there. Liberalism really is a mental disorder. TROLLS are the perfect example of that. 2 year olds who never grew up – nothing to contribute to anything except noise. The world is always out of step with “them”. It’s always someone else’s fault.

Pity the liberal dimocRAT. They love being miserable.

Everyone who is criticizing Texas doesn’t know anything about Texas. Texas is the best state in the union, and is the most solvent state in the union. Texans pay more income taxes to the IRS than any or most of the other states. Texas was once a Republic, and God knows, we would like to be a Republic again. The states who won’t allow oil to be drilled on their land or shores hate Texas because we do drill; however, they expect us to sell them all our oil and gas. Texans are patriotic, they are tough, and they can see thru the lies and corruption in Washington DC. There is an old saying in Texas “Don’t p– on my boots and tell me it’s a rainstorm.” No doubt, you folks who are so quick to criticize Texas would readily believe Obama if he told you it was a rainstorm. Texans are fed up with Obama’s corruption. Texans are fed up with Obama trying to “punish” us for standing up for America instead of running it down (like Obama), he is trying to punish us for being a Christian state, for being a capitalistic state, for being a “right to work” state which means we do not knuckle under to unions. And, we will never bow to Obama. He hates Texas for many of his own socialistic or Marxist reasons, but the main reason is – we didn’t vote for him. GO RICK PERRY! Perry for President of the Republic of Texas!!

Norman Thomas, six time Socialist Party candidate, and Gus Hall, the U.S. Communist Party candidate for president, both quit American politics, agreeing that the Republican and Democratic parties had adopted every plank on the Communist/Socialist and they no longer had an alternate party platform on which to run.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under
the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist
program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without
knowing how it happened.” — Norman Thomas

Perry is a maggot politician that will say anything to score a political point.

My favorite Governor. I sure wish we had him in California.

IraqiVeteran03, I do not feed the trolls who are posting rude, immature vulgarities, and rubbish in order to disrupt the discussions. I agree with you that it is sad that some fractions of our society have to resort to trash talk, and cannot carry on a respectable exchange of views.

Spamalot, I am fully aware that illegals cannot vote in elections, but keep in mind all of the amnesty bills that are being flooded into the House, with huge groups of lobbyists backing these bills. All it takes is one of these bills passing, and presto, you instantly have thousands of new voters. I’m all for immigration, just not an illegal flood.

For Jana   November 13th, 2009 - 8:42 am

Jana – how do you have a rational exchange of views with people who believe that the President is a Kenyan, and not a U.S. citizen? Or that it’s OK (or a conspiracy) that a Marine beat up a Greek priest with a tire iron? Or that our President is going to make sure that Hasan gets off, because Obama really is a secret Muslim terrorist who’s goal is to infiltrate American government and destroy the country? Plus, you people watch Glenn Beck. That’s really all the proof I need to know you’re a bunch of loons. Answer my question, Jana.

Governor Perry, You get “it” and if I lived in Texas, I would vote for you. But, isn’t it time to think “outside the box”? Your state, along with Louisiana, have the largest oil producing system and supply system in the country. Their are 2 major piplines that initiate in Tex. and La. and supply gas to the eastern part of our country. I understand the feds control the pipelines, but you could control access to these pipelines. Use your power to put the squeeze on this administration. Test out your power and if you have to, hold the country hostage. Make people wake up. Play by “their” rules. You control all of the state highways that lead to and from Mexico and to and from the oil fields. Make them toll roads! Control access leading to the Interstate highways. Give rebates or tax credits to the locals who use these roads and make all others pay to travel them. Install U-turns at the toll booths for those who don’t pay. Grab control! Show the federal government not to “Mess with Texas!” The same could be applied with Louisiana’s oilfields and access to those 2 pipelines. Huey Long, former governor of La., many years ago, intentionally built a low bridge over the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge that limited the travel of all large ships up the river. Only barges can now travel past Baton Rouge. By doing this, he kept all major port activity limited to La. He was crazy, but he was thinking “outside the box.” If this administration and this radical federal government wants to control the free people, than strike back and let them know you have power as well.

This just confirms that we need Debra Medina to win the 2010 Election.

To whoever posted ‘For Jana’: This country is made up of individuals. This is evident now, more than ever. It is not just Democrats, and Republicans, or even Liberals, and Conservatives. Most of us, I believe have a bit of both ideologies in our makeup. I certainly feel that I do. I do not agree with every conservative theory that is uttered, nor do I disagree with every idea that a liberal may offer. For the record, I am not a “Birther” but I have to agree that Obama has been actively attempting to hide certain aspects in his life. I am talking about his college thesis, and academic records. You could certainly look mine up if you were so inclined.

And I certainly do not think it is alright for a marine to beat up at Greek priest with a tire iron. I never said it was. I do have to note that the media often has a way using these isolated incidents to stereotype all people who think that terrorism is being given a back seat.

I also do not believe that Obama is actively attempting to get Hasan off because he is a secret Muslim. I DO believe however, that Obama is pandering to an ideology of “not using the term ‘Muslin’ at all costs in fear of offending Muslims, or using the word ‘terrorist’ because he may be attempting to downplay our threat level for some reason. I do not agree with either one of these behaviors because I simply do not think they are helpful to our country.

As for Beck, yes I watch his show. Why? Well I have a question to answer a question. Why is the rest of the media not exposing the radical ideologies of the numerous Czars Obama has appointed? I certainly felt that this was relevant information for the American people to know about. Why did the media give a complete pass when it came to all of the charges of fraud, and misconduct in regards to ACORN? Why wasn’t the media all over the story about the White House using it’s position to dictate to the National Endowments of the Arts what, and how they wanted the artists, and members of entertainment industries to use their talents to get “their message across to the American people.”?

Until we actually have a news media that is totally unbiased, and gives the American people all sides of the story, I will continue to check in on what Beck, and others have to say. I may not agree with EVERYTHING I hear, but I will continue to check multiple sources in a quest to be able to make a decision for myself. ALL news stations slant one way, or another, and I have no problem about watching whatever I d@mn well please in order to get all of the facts.
