I find it increasingly interesting that you all assume that the younger person started this. your siding with the old person on no factual grounds. in the video after the argument the "Kid" (for lack of a better term) sits down to have a drink and disengages from the altercation. the older gentleman then proceeds to assault the "Kid", In the course of the struggle the pair take a tumble, then the "kid" gets away an again DISENGAGES from the conflict only to be assaulted by the woman with which he was first arguing.
Arguing is not a crime, Those so called "Adults" committed assault.
They both likely said a bunch of crap they shouldn't have but it was the old guy who whet over and put his hands on someone first.

I actually was on the other side of this once with an elderly couple. I had coincidentally come out of my apt on Sunday morning to see a guy repeatedly ramming into my car, trying to fit into a spot he couldn't get in. I tried to get his attention but he ignored me, so I started screaming at at him at the top of my lungs. His wife jumps out, a nasty piece of work, screaming at me in Spanish, pretending they don't speak English. And then the husband starts screaming at me in English and she does gives up the ruse and goes into English (I speak Spanish, fyi). At this point, whatever deference I had shown the two of them seemed no longer appropriate. I got serious and told the old guy to get out of the car or I was going to drag him out of it. He gets out and the two of them get in my face. He was 5 inches taller – and they were both about 70 or so – but I think he finally saw the murderous glint in my eyes as I started to beg him to hit me, as I will never initiate physical force, but I usually finish it pretty well (crazy Irish DNA). He backs down. Incident over, but he was very close to hitting me. So, am I wrong because I was a younger, fit, guy who didn't let these old folks get away with being a-holes? I think not.
He disengaged from the fight still running his mouth. Yeah, I'm sure the older coulpe set out today to tag team some younger dude for sh1ts and giggles. I'm pretty sure that younger guy will live, the older man hardly touched him. The youger guy got back at the older guy by pushing the older man backwards and falling against the chairs which could have resulted in injuries greater than any the old guy could have inflicted on that punk. Yes arguing isn't a crime, but there are statutes that make profanity a misdemeanor in some states. So before you know what was said keep your babble to yourself.
