A guy who probably is guilty flushes his toilet and goes to jail?
Sounds like Branch Davidian all over again.
If cops don’t want him to flush evidence arrest him when he is outside then enter and search when no one is home.
If I can figure it out, why can’t the professionals?
I’m just aksing.
the guy was in his own house.. are we not still innocent until proven guilty? screw these overzealous and incompetent narcs..
Legalize all drugs – the police are out of control!
Want to know why drugs are illegal? Because the CIA is funded through the illegal drug trade.

Hah, I’m not surprised as a Tennessean. We just put a guy who was convicted of several life sentences for murdering a couple into a minimum security prison in Nashville and the guy was mowing the lawn and having a lot of leisure time. He was supposed to be having only 1 hour per day exercise time and be in maximum security lock down for the rest of his life. It’s supposedly getting straightened out now but who knows? The Tennessee judicial system is one of the slowest and most corrupt in the US.
