Bruce Spingsteen… The most overrated piece of Jersey trash. Next on the list is Bon Jovi.

Although Bruce did write a good song for Manfred Mann’s Earth Band.

DA BEARRRS   November 16th, 2009 - 4:42 pm

Michigan, Ohio… Rust is rust.

But, by coincidence, the thing I like best about Michigan is the same thing I like about Ohio-

Leaving it.

Brucie   November 16th, 2009 - 4:46 pm

Just because you have superior vocal cords and can put lyrics together, doesn’t mean you know anything about politics. Like so many Hollywood types when you spout off concerning your politics you show your true ignorance. Keep singing, shut your mouth otherwise and people will continue to enjoy your talent.

Hey Boss…Remember how rock-n-roll was supposed to be a get away from politics, business, conflict…ya’ know…those pesky issues of world reality? Now, my 17 year old son asks me why I change the radio station when one of your songs is played. Son, rock-n-roll used to be an escape. We were able to lose ourselves in the music. Well, the BOSS and his ilk decided they were of higher intelligence than you and me and, thus, became preachers…not of Christ but of the world. Now, when born 2 run plays, the image that comes to my mind is not that of a free spirit riding his Harley down the road but of a smug, self-absorbed sociopath who basks in his own glory, knowing fully well that his hippie ideology is a failure.

I hope this depressing piece of garbage’s Music career ends soon. Springsteen had a couple good songs, the rest make you want to slit your wrists.

Bruce Springsteen’s only gift to humanity is the eye candy called Courteney Cox!

Michigan is a DUMP just like Ohio , So whats the difference.

testicular man   November 16th, 2009 - 11:07 pm

Brucie is such a babbling idiot! He’s way over-rated too. Okay, okay, he had a couple of good songs, but a doofus nonetheless.

Jana   November 17th, 2009 - 12:46 am

I lost all respect for the man after he campaigned for Obama by giving away free tickets to his concerts to people who agreed to sign up to volunteer to campaign for Obama last year. Something about a “free concert” that is only free if you sign up with a certain political party- stinks. Music should not be used this way……….but then, the NEA scandal exposing the White House strong arming artists, and musicians to use their crafts to ‘bring Obama’s message to the public’ (using tax payer money) stinks as well.

CommonSense   November 17th, 2009 - 7:13 am

I guess this explains how “correct” he is politically as well.
