Great Scott! As a woman I am appalled that the View is still on the air. It represents the worst in woman. They are shrill, stupid, and will act like a flock of chickens at the drop of a hat.

Barbara and Whoopi have been living the entitled life for so long they have forgotten what it is like to get their seat on their own. They are out of touch with reality. When I watched that I was thinking why is Glenn not being clear and to the point? It seemed kind of strange. Nevertheless they kept ambushing her with bogus krap. This video does a good job of exposing the truth. Way to go.

I thought you and Pam Key(?) did an outstanding job in showing that, while the view hosts may have been “unaware” of special treatment (sure),anyone that examines the treatment they received is treated with scorn.

My guess is that they. like most oligarchs, live in a completely isolated world from the peasants , insulated by the staffers and assistants that deal with the drudgery of real life that no longer soils their fingers.

Keep on speaking truth to power, sooner or later they will be exposed as the truly elite which may spark a backlash not seen for MANY years, and of course, will be fun to watch.

Awesome job Scott & Co., well worth the wait. I’m betting that you will NEVER hear anything more from Whoopi (or anything at all from Barbara); it is much easier to throw around false accusation than to answer substantive question.

Excellent reporting Scott! Any conservative commentator who dares to accept an invite to this show should wear combat gear when appearing. I watched the “View” interview and was appalled. It seems that Ms W has truly passed her prime and should have bowed out when she was on top of her game. As for Ms G, well I don’t expect much from her so was not shocked, but she is a good comedian. Ms B??? it is evident she is in WAY over her head so I just feel bad for her.. Ms H didn’t say much so not sure what to say.

Well done, Scott! Although I have Tivo’d The View for years, I recognize the liberal perspective most of the hosts have and as I enjoy debate, I take it for what it’s worth. The Glenn Beck interview, however, went way past the hosts expressing their liberal perspective … it was a downright mean-spirited and rude treatment of a “guest” on their show. How sad. The show is no longer in my Tivo, and I wrote to ABC to tell them so.

Whoopie Goldberg wasn’t interested in what really happened on that train. Not that day, and not now. You can tell when she said, “I gave you a look, much like the one I just gave you” during the story. What she really wanted to do was hate Glenn Beck. That comment is as much as an admission that she is biased and full of hatred for conservative values. Funny, I used to watch this program (The View) but stopped because the women on the show are so obnoxious when they talk and yell over one another. Elizabeth Hasselback seems to be there only to be a person to be denigrated for her views so it appears they only have one view and don’t tolerate any others. The View is not a discussion show, but a bully pulpit. I like Glenn Beck. I find his show funny and interesting. The way Barbara Walters and Whoopi treated him has lead me to never watch The View again and to avoid any work either one of them do. I seldom watch ABC any more and this cements my choices. I made a comment about one of the videos of that segment of The View and had someone personally insult me–that person was posting under their real name and they are a cable show host who was featured on Oprah not long ago. ((Pretty much a Z-lister.)

It was kind of surprising as I had never been called names by someone who I had seen on TV before. She deleted the comment from the page, but of course it was sent to me via email.

Could someone please tell me who watches “The View”? I’ve heard it gets high ratings, but…from where? I don’t know anyone who has ever watched it. Whoopie and Barbara both make my skin crawl. I usually work during the day. I am a nurse. I never really get to see daytime television. I was in a patients room one day and this patient had on the View. These women are so vile and disgusting!! So….Turns out Walters and Goldberg did not reserve seats, did they? Even though Baker tried really, really, really hard to prove that they did, he could not, and he had to admit that, if seats were held, Amtrak personnel may have had them held on their own.
Beck is a complete and total coward. He could not stand up for himself on The View. He could not stand up for himself to Goldberg and Walters. He was afraid of them. He was so afraid that he couldn’t even go on his own program later that day. He claimed he had the “24-hour Mexican flu.” He should definitely call the CDC, because it would be the first reported case of the 24-hour kind of that flu. He looked and sounded perfectly healthy at 11 AM; when he called into his show later that day, he sounded oh so ill, stuffy nose and all. But a day or two later, safely ensconced in his studio, with his bodyguard nearby, then he was a tiger, indignantly calling out both Walters and Goldberg. Now he has Baker standing up for him, taking on the mean ladies at The View. My question is, when will Beck stand up for himself, face to face with Barbara Walters? Face to face with Whoopi Goldberg? Then let’s see him say what he’s been saying. If he does that, then I might possibly have a tinge of respect for him. Until then, he’s just a weasel hiding behind other people, whining and complaining that Barbara Walters picked on him.

While this was a pretty good investigative report, didn’t it just confirm what we already knew? The “elites” in our society (whether from Hollywood, the media, professional sports, our ruling political class, or the heavy-hitters of the business world) generally feel that they are entitled to special treatment and don’t even give it a second thought when that special treatment occurs. After all, they “earned” the right to preferential treatment, didn’t they? How well would these folks cope if they had to return to the life of an average American?

This was my first look at the B-cast. Very refreshing bit of good investigation. I appreciate it very much. I personally hold a conservative point of view and was glad to see the truth come out in this matter. I only hope that you don’t fall into the trap that all of the media has seemed to fall into which is to take either the liberal or conservative side of every argument. I would like to know why “The View” is still on the air since Whoopi and Barbara are the WORST role models for young and older women these days. This is the kind of crap that young adults watch and think that it is ok to act. Whoopi really ought to back to acting since she is not very good with morning shows on the radio even if syndicated or interviewing people who do not share her own views.

I just paid attention to 6 minutes of this video and concluded watching the rest is a waste of time. I have no idea what point this guy was trying to make but if he couldn’t make it within 6 minutes, it wasn’t a point worthy to be made.
I think people are most disturbed by the fact that Beck, Limbaugh and the rest of that ilk exaggerate and go over the top for purposes of entertaining. Yet they don’t realize that their audience is chock full of the unstable people who are easily wooed to incite violence. Not that Beck tells people to behave violently. It’s just that his hateful rhetoric incites the small % of wackos listening to do wacky things.

Way to go Scott! About time someone looked into that!

Wonderful “investigative reporting.” Once you see the facts it’s embarrassing for The View, seeing how blatantly they were bashing his character, for no other reason but his political views. And their “view” on his stand on issues is completely skewed; it showed so well on the questions they asked him. I wish they’d do a little “investigative reporting” themselves.

Can’t he sue for defamation of character? Whoopi called him a liar to his face on TV – which may have had an impact on those that believe him trustworthy. Since it is now proven that he wasn’t a liar, was telling the truth, the View ladies are in a very actionable position. Great reporting job!!!!!!! We need more of this.

I have over the years lost all respect for Barbara Walters and Whoopie Goldberg. Add in Joy Behar and you have the makings of a show full of idiots. Thank goodness for Elisabeth Hasselbeck who gives the show the little bit of class that it has! I agree..Barbara and Whoopie both owe Glenn Beck an apology! People should start to turn down offers to be on the show and maybe the piece of crap will be canceled!

Nice. I couldn’t be more sick of that brood of cackling hens — the hosts of “The View” (except Elizebeth). They’ve been useless all along, but then Goldberg lost me forever when she defended Roman Polanski a short while back, and Behar went and infurated me with her ugly attack of Sarah Palin. This latest circus act just reinforces that these women are no more than wastes of oxygen. I’m not sure how anyone with more than ten brain cells can tolerate that show, and Glenn was bold and courageous to be a guest. It’s a good thing Scott did his homework. Though it would be silly to count on it, I’m also hoping Glenn gets the apology he so well deserves.

i’ve checked my facts, and barbara wa-wa and whoa-pee are low-lives…..i knew there was a reason i didn’t watch their show…..you go glenn! i’m with you all the way! (some people just don’t get it….)

My opinion may not be worth much by its self, but collectively I believe there are a lot of people who share what I think about that show (The View). If you care to get a good dose of how / why the elite left thinks and acts, and listen to the drivel to understand what they’re saying and why…it’s obviously a good source of information. I watched it start to finish exactly once and wished I hadn’t. That’s the show where Elizabeth got bushwhacked by Rosie for being who she is, thinking the way she does, and standing up for common sense and truth. I have since been unable to watch it for more than ten seconds…total.I’d rather stick my finger down my throat and vomit!

I never even knew this event happened. I recently got the Glenn Beck top 10 events of 2009 in my mail and watched the Breitbart video clip. I guess Glenn has been the typical gentleman he is and let sleeping dogs lie. Making more of this than what already has only perpetuates the fraud that The View is. I’ve read the Breitbart posts and seen other’s comments and I agree, Glenn is definitely owed an apology from both Barbara and Whoopie. There’s a reason The View is aired at the time it is. I rarely see it unless I’m home sick and channel surfing. The View’s audience is the same ilk as those that watch the Jerry Springer show and soap operas. Just out of curiosity, wasn’t Glenn recently named by Barbara as one of her top ten most interesting people? Was that her wayward form of an apology without apologizing?
Glenn and Fox have my infinite support for bringing us the facts, corroborable facts and information from which we can form our own conclusions about what is going on in the world. He/they do a much better job of fact checking and reporting than the shrews on The View or the rest of the lamestream media cartel.
Just one man’s opinion but much better informed now to form an opinion thanks to Glenn Beck and Scott Baker et al.

A very long time ago I used to like Barbara when she was on t.v b4 the view, I thought she was a respectful lady, BUT then she exposed herself to being a mistress for many years living a double life,very much like Monica L, John Edwards no protection mistress,Argentina mistress, Sinclair, so now she is so very low class but now whoopie describes herself and walters during THE AMBUSH with her dog mess remark. Both should defintely apologize to Mr. Beck.

For those questioning the “news worthiness” of this piece, it is a perfect example of how the mainstream media is being used to attack anyone who disagrees with the Obama administration. The women on “The View”, minus one, are hatchet men for Obama and will stop at nothing to discredit his opponents. We, as a nation, need to recognize this!!

And for those who wonder why Glenn appeared in the first place, unlike Obama, he’s not afraid to face his critics. Let’s see Obama do a one-hour interview on Fox with Glenn or O’Riley…

Well, it just goes to show you that none of the women on “The View” have class. Whoopie’s name tells it all, Joy is a “wanna be”, Barbara began her gossip fest years ago so what can one say?? (gossip was once thought of as “classless”). The very fact that “The View” is still on television speaks volumes for our country.
