UPDATE: according to links on http://www.americanparchment.com, the Senate passed the 60 vote to debate the Health Care bill, which is one step closer to passing this monsterous health care bill. When the United States doesn’t want it, why would Congress go against our wishes.

Do you think anyone in congress would understand the concept of “Primum non nocere”, first do no harm?

RRR   November 21st, 2009 - 5:10 pm

Sent to my two Democratic Senators who will NEVER get my vote again and who have “motivated” me to work for and monetarily contribute to their opponents in their next election bids:

Your vote on Senator Reid’s written-in-secret health care bill has never been in question; your statements have made it obvious that you intended to vote the Democratic-Party-Line on health care legislation. This 2,000 page abomination is all about expanding the scope, power, and control of the Federal Government, special interests groups that have come to the “table,” and the Democratic Party. It is not about preserving the world’s best health-care system while improving the negatives; if it were, the contents of this bill would be radically different. Your intended vote for Reid’s un-constitutional abomination complete with millions and millions of taxpayer dollars used as bribe money to secure the needed votes sickens me. I am disgusted that my Senator would embrace and vote to advance an unprecedented expansion of government power at the expense of my right to decide for myself the dictates of MY life and health care.

The purpose of this letter is simply to inform you that my disgust with the Democratic-controlled Congress which you are a “Yes” voting member of knows no-bounds. I am disgusted with the out-of-control spending spree and lack of accountability that I have witnessed since January. I am disgusted with the “Let-them-Eat-Cake” attitude that Democrats have displayed in their ideological-driven pursuit of power and payback to special interests. I am disgusted that elected Congressmen think that I am so stupid that I cannot figure out when I am being lied to about projected program costs versus the true costs without “funny accounting.” I am disgusted with secretly written 1000-2000 page bills being voted on with no real time given to READ let alone debate the merits of such gargantuan legislation. I am disgusted with the deviousness of hiding extremely controversial provisions within 1000-2000 page bills so the American public knows nothing of their passage. Most of all, I am disgusted by the arrogance, presumptuousness, and insolence of the current Democratic-controlled Congress.

Quite simply, you and your party have presumed too much.

Try and take those away after they gain power….they know it’s political suicide. That would go over like a fart in a sleeping bag and they know it! Dumb ass Repukes!

This bill doesn’t deal with heatlth care. It deals with control, as orher bills passed with this administration- to date.

Anyone thinking rationally would never vote for this, but that isn’t the case here either. It’s about crushing this economy.
Maobummercorn is, as always, hated this nation as most liberal dems in D.C. Still that isn’t the issue with what’s going-on here.

What everyone needs to always remember here is, always observe what’s going-on now from outside the box.

Washington, as with many other governments are being controlled and directed by mega-wealthly globalist elitests.
Maobummercorn is nothing-but a puppet. Never forget that.

Take some time today and watch-online: “The Obama Deception” (1:51:21)
Also, look at some Aaron Russo videos too.(Rockefeller one is eye-opening)

Exactly. Do you all remember how this healthcare was supposedly cheaper, better and supply healthcare to everyone? Now we find the premiums will be going up so people that couldn’t afford it will “supposedly” be going to jail because of being “forced” into buying a new plan….*supposedly* Healthcare being the huge burden on the public will be getting that much worse on this new plan and nothing at all in the plan shows it to be any better than what we have now so really we’re changing for the sake of changing, all at the whim of the liberal mind who when you add up the last decade or so of major political decisions, has been wrong almost every time. And this time we’re supposed to trust them to get their judgment right?

WTF Idiots!   November 22nd, 2009 - 9:53 am

“This bill is big. We shouldn’t pass it”

Great arguments from the right… wow. I can’t believe they lost.

If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why are the Democrats voting on it in the dark of night on a Saturday night? Why are they not presenting the facts of the bill to the American people? Is it because the numbers do not add up? The Democrats /Socialist say that there is a need to pass this legislation today because thousands of people are dying because of the lack of healthcare. Yet the benefits do not go into effect until 4 years from now, so by their calculations are they going to let thousands more of Americans die? Why do they want to put people in jail for not wanting to buy health insurance? Would that even be constitutional? Why do they have to bribe certain Senators in order to get them to vote for it? Is Eric Holder going to investigate this bribe? Will the news media begin doing their job and expose this fraud? Why is it that politicians say one thing but do another, Joe Liebermann? Will the American people stand up and be heard to stop this monstrosity? These are just some questions that should be answered before proceeding with this legislation.
