You’ll risk your job?
Your job is to represent the people. If you lose your job, that means you did not do your job.
Your statement indicates insubordination. Any place I’ve worked in the private sector would render you jobless
almost immediately after such a situation.
Why is it we can’t render these “representatives” in Congress jobless prior to the end of their terms if they are
not fulfilling their duties as representatives of the people? Gross dereliction of duty would be a term that seems to apply in a great many cases.

The simple answer is that even in states that have the right of recall, the Supreme Court has rendered rulings that limit the recall to elected in-state officials; they have protected Congressmen because of Federal elections.

It is time to force the legislatures of states to call an Article V Constitutional Convention limited to term limits, Federal recall, referendum, and initiative, an addressing Congress’ abuses of Article X. Barring that, angry voters in states who have not passed “state sovereignty resolutions or 10th Amendment Resolutions” need to get active. They have been introduced in the legislatures of 37 states; only seven states have passed those resolutions: Alaska, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why are the Democrats voting on it in the dark of night on a Saturday night? Why are they not presenting the facts of the bill to the American people? Is it because the numbers do not add up? The Democrats /Socialist say that there is a need to pass this legislation today because thousands of people are dying because of the lack of healthcare. Yet the benefits do not go into effect until 4 years from now, so by their calculations are they going to let thousands more of Americans die? Why do they want to put people in jail for not wanting to buy health insurance? Would that even be constitutional? Why do they have to bribe certain Senators in order to get them to vote for it? Is Eric Holder going to investigate this bribe? Will the news media begin doing their job and expose this fraud? Why is it that politicians say one thing but do another, Joe Liebermann? Will the American people stand up and be heard to stop this monstrosity? These are just some questions that should be answered before proceeding with this legislation.

Michael Bennett knows he’s toast and he is simply sucking up to Obama by attempting to go down with the ship and after he loses next year he is putting his cards on Obama, who he hopes will take pity on him and take him under his wings and give him an appointment in the Obama-nation administration such as a Czar position, or an Ambassadorship, etc. Certainly Bennett realizes he’s already down by 10 points against former Lieutenant Governor Jane Norton and with his latest remarks I am guessing he will soon be sinking even further in the polls. Again, he is only going down with the ship because he is hoping for political favors from Obama once he gets booted from the Senate in my opinion.

What some people will do and say for political expediency to gain favor down the road from a political ally (he hopes) i.e. the ‘false’ ONE Barack Hussein Obummer. Disgusting!! I actually hope Obama throws him under the bus once he loses, like he’s done so many times before to so many other people. That would be the icing on the cake for Bennett betraying his own constituents and the American people and in fact his own conscience as well. I suggest he get on his knees and pray like never before for God’s mercy and forgiveness if he hasn’t already.
