During the campaign, anyone remember the numerous people that hung Obama in effigy in the yards of their private property? Just Google, “man hangs Obama in effigy”. There are several. You notice that most are considerd hate crimes, and investigated by the Secret Service. Is this just because Obama is black? I remember a great big cartoonish, paper-mache’ Nixon head beaten to pieces like a pinata during anti-Vietnam war protests. Presidents have been hung in effigy as peaceful, but forceful protest since the birth of our nation. He is a public figure and politician, that means that Americans that disagree with his policies can slander him in protest all they want, and practicaly any way they want! Race is not an issue unless, of course, it is apparent that racism is the motivation behind Obama’s unpopular policies. The jury is still out on that one!
