Of course there’s a Craigslist in Beirut.

Having enjoyed Borat and just seen Bruno, I was quite disappointed. More uncomfortable comedy, this time blatantly staged and scripted. A pale imitation of the original.

Why would a terrorist have a body guard?

I have heard this guy on (Lord help me) NPR. I don’t believe a word he says. The stories he tells and the events he talks about cannot be true.

I’m sure that those who have lost someone to a terrorist attack or lives in fear every day isn’t laughing. The ignorance of Sacha Baron Cohen and David Letterman should never be confused with comedy.

But its easy to find a 2nd class actor

As of terrorists? Maybe he can interview Rahm Emanuals old man?

you fools don’t know comedy, sacha baron cohen is a comedic genius, he exploits the issues that make you juvenile conservatives feel uncomfortable and that’s why you don’t like it. i can truly say nobody else in the world could have done what he did in borat and bruno. he’s a comedic innovator. gays make you conservatives uncomfortable and that’s why he basically spent the entire movie interviewing conservatives because they’re easy targets (they don’t get comedy).

perfect example, moviefan, it was a joke. you are a joke.

Guy’s a genius – but Borat wasn’t remotely good as Borat. meh.

Andrew   December 10th, 2009 - 3:00 pm

meant to say Bruno wasn’t as good as Borat.
