Very clever. Have you seen the baby ad scandal about KLindsey Lohan. She is suing ETrade for mentioning her in the ad, though there is no proof that it was her they were talking about. Did the RNC get permission from E*Trade to use clips from there ads? I doubt it. I think this ad maybe a copyright violation, if so the RNC will need to take it down
