it's one thing to say welfare helps the rich.. it's another to explain how this supposedly works.. the rich are who pays the welfare check.. if you're rich you'd rather pay for services than hand out cash..

As usual Paul is correct. Why do people automatically propose a federal solution to every problem? States can have "welfare" if they want it, but we don't need "our father who art in Washington" to provide our daily bread.
