Becoming a PC should be every conservative’s first priority. Blogging and carrying a sign at a Tea Party or attending a town hall is great, but unless we have better leadership and candidates in the main adversary party, the Debtocrats will get returned to power. It’s all about the Constitution and all about winning the elections. The best way to restore the Constitution and to have better candidates who respect the Constitution is to join the Republican Party at the grass roots and make it happen. It’s a numbers game. The more conservatives we have in the Party in the precinct committeemen ranks, the more likely it will be that we’ll get better elected leadership within the Party and in the general elections. Michael Steele was elected not by registered Republicans but by the precinct committeemen in all fifty states.
There is no sense calling/faxing/e-mailing/writing to the Debtocrat congresscritters UNLESS you can truthfully say one of the following:
“I am a conservative Republican Party precinct committeeman and I am recruiting every conservative I can to come into the Party with me as a precinct committeeman for the sole purpose of making sure you and all like you who do not uphold your oath of office will not be returned to office in the next election” or

Yes, American, there is a Sanity Claus. He existes as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Not believe in Sanity Claus! You might as well not believe in America. You might get your Government to hire men to just to sit on the side’s of the road and do nothing and try to find the Sanity Claus.
Nobody sees Sanity Claus just yet but that is no sign that there is no Sanity Claus. The most real thins in the world are those that niether children nor men can see. Did you ever see Barney Frank dancing on the Lawn? Of course not, but that’s no prof that he’s not not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wounders there are unseen and unseeable in America’s people.
You tear apart the American’s freedom and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which note the STRONGEST GOVERNMENT, nor even the united strength of all the strongest Socialistic Governments cold tear apart America. Key elements of the proposed legislation as well as the Hate Hate crime bill are fundamentally flawed in that the Constitution does not allow the congress the latitutde they so cavalierly exercise. Unless they legislate pursuant to the Constitution they are in violation of their oaths of office and therefore said legislation is what’s known as ‘colorable law’. It may look, sound and probably be enforced as one but only if you are ignorant of the process. For years politicians have relied on the ignorance of the constituency to wreak havoc with our nation, and we have let them. Read the Declaration of Independence then your Constitution. Know what it says and why. This might be the last chance we’ll have to save ourselves, from ourselves. ‘Lex malla, nul malla” – bad law is no law.
If this is the best they can put forth at this point, I think the (nice guy, county-club) Republican Party despirately needs new blood like a last place NFL football team that lost all the games in a season!
Can’t you see the pattern here. This was just a transparent perfuntory face saving presentation so these clowns can tell their constituants “we tried to rouse public support to defeat the bill, but the indifferent public was too busy working, watching TV nonsense, Christmas Shopping or watching football gamss.
They did the same pattern when the government enabled and created credit bubble collapsed last year bringing down the “To-big-to-fail” respected financial institutions government enabled and government created.
- In order for politicians to buy votes, Wall Street and the public didn’t pressure finanical institutions to make loans to minorities who could not qualify for mortgages and other financings otherwise.
- Wall Street and the public didn’t threaten financial institutions with descrimination lawsuits if the did not make such bogus loans.
- Wall Street and the public didn’t lower loan documentation standards and substantially diluted financial institution requirements to keep capital on hand and to limit debt to capital ratios financial institutions had to have by law.
- Wall Street and the public didn’t repeal the Glass-Stiegal Act that had separated conservative banks with public savings from investment banks that gambled and used excessive leverage with monies in their custody.
From my viewpoint, I still see the very politicians who created and enabled the credit collapse still in congress pretending to forge “solutions” that are spending the USA into oblivion by debasing our currency with nationalized healthcare, cap & fraud, legalizing illegal aliens who broke the law coming into the USA, raising taxes in a deep recession,….., when they should be outfitted in orange jumpsuits and handcuffs and shipped off to bunk with Ponze Schemer Bernie Madoff in jail for life! Yes- WE ARE NOW A BANANA REPUBLIC with GOVERNMENT GONE WILD! Where will WE go??????

Can I ask you is every one being bailed out of their home loan or car loan or whatever financial crisis they may be experiencing currently, the answer is no, and not everyone is going to get the coverage they need, when they need it under this plan either. Governments can not create wealth, they can only destroy it. The majority of americans oppose this legislation, this country was established as a representative republic not a true democracy where a simple majority could impose their will on the rest of the electorate. For example, it was the stimulus bill and TARP which brought us back from the edge of a great depression…it was the quick thinking and fast action of the Obama administration, working in tandem with the best financial minds in the world, that averted disaster. You can’t ‘wipe history from the books.’ I fail to find tyranny or oppression in our country today. We must pay taxes for the services we need and want as citizens and for the upkeep and betterment of our country…and to be ready and willing to participate is Patriotic. I would advise everyone who wants to contact their representatives to go directly to their Washington and/or local offices to contact them.
Do not contact the “general” switchboard which is overloaded and always busy because of it!
Do not use a “third party” to contact your reps…how do you know they are really getting your messages unless you call their offices yourselves!
America…our voices into their offices are too important to go through the general switchboard and/or a third party!
Get their numbers and call them yourselves to get your voice heard!
Old saying still rings true today…”if you want something done right, do it yourself”!
