How is giving them other options a bad thing? Also what is the purpose of giving someone with severe dementia treatment for cancer? What exactly are you prolonging? I’ve had this discussion with my own family who has HDTVs, DVD and CD collections, Computers and Internet and drive nice cars, yet don’t want to pay for insurance. Why should my tax dollars go to support inept, inconsiderate, lazy people like you? You choose your lifestyle, you live or die by it and it’s not my fault. Fact three – Until Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, there was no out of control medical costs. Once government stuck their nose in , that’s when the problem began. Fact four – Only ignorant people would want the government, who has bankrupted Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, not to mention the financial sector and the automobile sector, by their involvement, to take over the healthcare system.

I do have a recommendation to oppose the socialistic Obamacare. Let the government collect the money from everyone and pay the private insurer of your choice and no one opts out. That way everyone is covered and they pay for it themselves, just like in Israel.

So, until you can put out facts and back them up, get off your computer and sell it and buy your own insurance and quit being a lazy jerk.

Sign a paper that gives the government the right to NOT cover you and go it on your own. You remind me of the conservative hypocrites who had nothing good to say about the “Cash for Clunkers” program and then were the first in line to get your $4500 rebate. Maybe an amendment to this bill should be that individual states have to ratify it. If your state, practicing it’s state’s rights, doesn’t want in then they, and their residents, would be excluded. You would still have your regular insurance companies who will increase your rates whenever they please but you will not be forced to partake in “socialized medicine”.

I wonder how fast you will find residency in another state when you get sick.

Actually, no they did not. Under democrat LBJ the last civil rights bill put to the test had 1 vote out of about 30 dem votes from the south in favor of civil rights. Eventually the old dem farts simply died off and the new generation became intergrated. Racism in the south died down percentage wise. The republican party never did welcome racists since we were the one and only party since our inception to promote civil rights. We were the earliest party to promote women’s rights as well.

So as of the last civil rights bill to be proffered republicans voted in favor of it 80% to 20% and dems voted for it 69% to 31%. The dems from the south voted against it 97% to 3%.

LBJ was able to get the civil rights bill passed because the republicans were mostly for it and he had enough democrats from the north to support it. Democrats reluctantly let blacks join their party. LBJ stated publically that his plan to control the “uppity neg-roes” was to give them enough to keep them quite but not enough to make a difference. And after al the years of blacks supporting dems, indeed, what the dems gave them was not enough to make a difference and negative stats in every key category remain high for them.

I have been watching the coverage of the townhall meetings , on all channels, and several things are obvious: There are several bills floating around;there is truth in much of the so-called “misinformation” (it is in one of the 3-4 versions); the legislators do not know what is in the bills; the congressional spokespersons (both legislators and ’staff’, are not in control of their own “facts”. It appears that they are using the Spaghetti Spam: throw the “small tubing for insulating bare wire” (Random House Dictioary, another definition of pasta) against the wall to see what will stick. It appears NOT MUCH!

What they are are forced charity. The way it works is that the taxpayers, instead of spending their money as they see fit, are forced to give up their earnings to pay into SS, and M&M. The amount they pay in covers themselves (a small pittance of a return) and also covers the deadbeats that never paid into the system. The SS money is routinely borrowed by democrats to fund various government vote buying (welfare) schemes. So it is hardly GOVERNMENT money. But it is taxpayer money. However, not in the sense that the taxpayer has any choice in how to spend it. Again, it is too much to ask for leftists to both learn to read and learn to think. They are incapable of either.

What the protestors represent are American taxpayers tire of being lied to. Tired of footing the bill for deadbeats. Tired of paying for illegals so that they can someday be democrat voters and tired of having their freedoms removed. Nowhere in the bill does it say anything about panel decisions. Just like with abortion, that means it CAN be done.

And I really hate when the media tries constantly to ask “why are they screaming and yelling? They can’t answer the questions…etc.” Are they so

No dialogue is necessary. Yes, they realize that. So they go after them with the “stupid,” “astroturf” and “planted” lie. Who’s hiring on Craigslist? The DNC.

How about this tactic?

Everyone pick a selected part of the bill, then ask, “how can we get this section of the bill thrown out.” Or just everyone ask, politely , one at a time, “How can we get this bill defeated.” Be ready with your “favorite” section highlighted if they ask why you oppose the bill. Then state, “here’s one example of the bill that I do not approve of, and it reflects why I oppose the bill in it’s entirety…”

Or give them a section and ask them to state the ramifications of whatever clause you like, and if they can’t – or won’t! – answer it, be ready with 4 or 5 that you have derived, logically, from that section.

Friends, they cannot defend this bill with truth. Let them answer. Make sure it’s on camera. Let them dig the grave for this bill. If they give an honest answer, they’re toast. If they lie, we’ll all know it.

Use scorecards. Sum-up the honest answers and the lies. and the implications. Write a rebuttal for the local newspaper, and send it to some local TV stations. Make it public. Flood your local media with truth.

You people are obviously highly intelligent. The passion of this deception makes us all ANGRY!!! Channel that through your brain and defeat them with …I almost said common sense…but let’s go one or two steps further…defeat them with the truth.
