These members of the “Fastest Track To Bankrupt America” troika, along with Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama, are attempting to put policies in place which will cost EVERY American thousands of dollars more each year in healthcare costs, fuel oil increases, gasoline increases, electricity increases, telephone/cell phone increases, other hidden tax increases, and a poorer quality and availability of healthcare to boot.
Is that what YOU want – really?
ALL THEY HAVE TO DO is allow healthcare providers to compete across state lines, which they are currently preventing. That’s it. This would not cost ANY American ANYTHING, and would result in of hundreds if not thousands of healthcare choices versus ONE government healthcare option. Healthcare companies average 3-6% profit per year, FAR LESS than nearly any other businesses of comparable size. So the argument that the healthcare insurance companies are ripping off Americans and making extreme profits is a flat-out lie.
Unfortunately for the rest of America, common sense is apparently surgically removed upon election to Congress and to the White House.

I, too, have never witnessed such disregard for “voter wrath”; I am hoping that it is simply their arrogant belief that the taxpayer-funded Stimulus stash is their salvation in 2010/2012 and not something more tyrannical.
I have never had as many “gut-check” moments as I have had in the last year. My “alarm bells” go off constantly as I see the similarities to past historical events. I start to question whether I am overreacting, then something else happens to confirm my initial reaction.

If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why are the Democrats voting on it in the dark of night on a Saturday night? Why are they not presenting the facts of the bill to the American people? Is it because the numbers do not add up? The Democrats /Socialist say that there is a need to pass this legislation today because thousands of people are dying because of the lack of healthcare. Yet the benefits do not go into effect until 4 years from now, so by their calculations are they going to let thousands more of Americans die? Why do they want to put people in jail for not wanting to buy health insurance? Would that even be constitutional? Why do they have to bribe certain Senators in order to get them to vote for it? Is Eric Holder going to investigate this bribe? Will the news media begin doing their job and expose this fraud? Why is it that politicians say one thing but do another, Joe Liebermann? Will the American people stand up and be heard to stop this monstrosity? These are just some questions that should be answered before proceeding with this legislation.
