Nothing in life is “free”–if it’s free to one person, it’s at the expense of another. Will one of you supporters of socialised explain to me how politicians are going to determine who get’s stolen from and who is given to? And explain what you’ll do when your family and circle of friends ages, or gets any kind of serious illness, or gets in a bad accident, or has a sick child, or needs special pre-natal care, or has ANY need to see a doctor who can treat them without the approval of Nancy Pelosi. Do supporters of socialised medicine really, truly believe policians should be determining who gets medical care and how DOCTORS can treat patients? Really? Seriously?

Well, if it’s anti-Obama (aka our dear leader) then it must be produced by some kind of hate-filled, right-wing, racist, capitalist pig special interest group, or “the corporations.” So, let me get this straight – if you express a conservative thought, it’s immediately disqualified as rubbish because it goes against the socialist/liberal/progressive viewpoint? You really think that’s American? You really think that’s gonna lead you to some utopia? As long as everybody thinks alike in politics, we’ll all live together in harmony in a one-world-system? Get real. Why has America and its citizens been so blessed? It’s because we have freedoms that no other country has. Capitalism rewards hard work – you can’t regulate or legislate success. Government-run anything has never been efficient. Just look at the Postal Service against UPS, FedEx, DHL, the list goes on. Have you been to the DMV lately? Taken a ride on Amtrak? Government is not the answer. We are. Let us make the choices on how to spend our money – we can always make a better decision than the government on spending our own money.

Will, how do you know that Obama is a “black” man? Have you seen his birth certificate? I haven’t! His father wasn’t around when he was born, and his mom is white…so, how do we know the birth cert. doesn’t say he’s a white man? Maybe Obama isn’t really our first “black” president after all. Anyway, whatever happened to Martin Luther King Jr’s “I have a dream” speech? I remember something about not judging a man based on the color of his skin but on the content of his character. And, I hate to say this about the President of the United States, but his character loudly speaks SOCIALISM!!!

Not “A” black man, “THAT” black man.

Congress neither has to hold nor hang from the rope, they’re exempt. We’re supposed to trust them, but they don’t trust themselves enough to include themselves in the public option. Of course not because they’ve already screwed up the VA and Indian Health Service.

I have a suggestion: How about if Congress just includes in this legislation that our half-white President MUST participate in the public option along with his wife, daughters, and whomever would be considered related by the IRS (I think it goes six generations in some instances). Then we can see if he signs the bill or vetoes it.
