I know it was only a minuscule sampling of people, (3 females), but I couldn’t help noticing that it was the young girls who were defending Gore and an adult woman arguing with logic. Wisdom over idealistic youth. Not only is global warming a bunch of garbage based on junk science, but the head of the movement uses more electricity in a month than most of us use in a year. I feel our Mother Earth does have a case of the Human Flu and the cure is for all humans to reduce the polution that we put back in the enviourment. If all of us just used 1 less piece of toilet paper, drove 15 less miles per week, stoped burning garbage in your back yards, stoped griling with briquets, gave up smoking tobaccoo, and there are many other things that would help our Mother Earth in her fight on healing from the Human Flu we have given her.

Man made global warming is an opinion. It is not a fact. I challenge these young girls to prove what they are saying. Reading about a subject, and believing what you are reading, doesn’t prove it to be correct. Prove it. Maybe I will become a believer. I am willing to say I was wrong.
The truth is the truth. It doesn’t have a political affiliation. It doesn’t matter how many so called experts, or scientific organizations claim they are correct. The truth can’t be voted on. It is what it is.
I want to see the scientific evidence, not something that the school told you is true, or you read in a book. Bring it forward. Change my mind.
Here are a few questions that you should be able to answer:
When the ice sheet melted that covered most of Canada and formed the great lakes, what kind of pollution was present? If no man made pollution was present, what caused the ice sheet to melt?
Why were some of the other planets warming at the same time as the earth? Wouldn’t that indicate involvement of the sun, as apposed to pollution?
If the science is settled on man made global warming, why are there so many scientists that don’t agree? If it were as black and white as we are led to believe, why are some of the scientists with the highest IQ’s (the physicists) skeptical?
What area of science is not constantly being reassessed? When have you ever heard the debate is over in any other area? There are even physicists arguing that the speed of light is not necessarily a constant. That would appose what Einstein had to say about it. Should we be calling them dumb, or looking into what they have to say? Is the more ignorant person the one that refuses to look at more evidence, or the one willing to look at it?
Al Gore should be willing to debate this issue. If the truth and science are behind him, he has nothing to fear.
