Or the old standby, twice as many people voted in the precinct than were registered in that precinct, but it was a heavily Democratic precinct so the Democrats running the precinct determined that there was "no evidence of double counting".

She declared victory minutes after she had a 205 lead with roughly 1.5 million votes counted. She was ahead by roughly .001%. If each district changed their totals 1 vote for Prosser, Prosser would be ahead. I am sure that there had not been a certified winner. It was ridiculous for her to declare victory. This will take a while. During past presidential elections it took many states weeks to get a final original vote count. They need to get every in order and declare a final vote count and then go about the recount.

In general Wisconsin has reinforced what we already know, that democrats are liars, thugs dishonest leaches that take from society.

I work in Madison as a teacher in healthcare and let me tell you, they were crowing at school on Weds and this AM but it sure went quiet later today. Especially because they assign their own behavior so they're sure someone just made up the missing ballots…like the Dems do when they are desparate. Where I drive in there's a home on a major highway into Madison that has had a 6 X 8 ft sign up for over 2 weeks that says F U $ K WALKER…the police station is less than a mile down the road. That is Madison. But, if you put up a sign as a business in that spot they'd be all over you for zoning or something. The police unions are complicit in this…after I saw that during the demonstrations I went out and bought a S&W .38. If you weren't sure if you were on your own before, you sure know it after watching the cops performance.
