**ACTS NEEDED TO SOLVE THE OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUE**
This is what needs to happen in a courtroom to resolve Obama’s eligibility issue.
Obama needs to order his Long Form Birth Certificate from Hawaii’s DOH and establish a chain of custody from Hawaii’s DOH to the courtroom.
The Judge will determine if the Kenyan birth certificate is authentic, by having the necessary witnesses testify as to the authenticity of the document being presented in court, and allowing counsel for both sides and their forensic document experts to examine the document and then hear arguments if there are any, before making a ruling on the admissibility of the document in the court proceeding.
Then the Judge will determine if the Hawaiian birth certificate is authentic, by having the necessary witnesses testify as to the authenticity of the document being presented in court, and allowing counsel for both sides and their forensic document experts to examine the document and then hear arguments if there are any, before making a ruling on the admissibility of the document in the court proceeding, and then issuing a ruling on whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii as a matter of fact.

Lastly, to establish the validity of the proceedings and in the interest of transparency and openness, a redacted copy of Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate should be released for public viewing that still contains all pertinent independently verifiable corroborative information concerning his birth.
Only then can Obama’s alleged Hawaiian birth be deemed as an incontrovertible fact, and his eligibility to serve as the POTUS be proven beyond all reasonable doubt.

After slavery was ended by Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, the Republican Party got whatever Black vote there was. From 1868 -1901, Southern Black Republicans elected hundreds of blacks into offices as high as the Senate, the House of Representatives amongst others.

The trouble began when the Republican Party gave in to Southern racists. When Jim Crow emerged and the Ku Klux Klan ruled the South, Republicans watched as racists rewrote laws to disenfranchise blacks. They took the black votes for granted.

By 1948 election, Dewey vs. Truman, the Republican Party still won 30 -35 % of the black votes. That was significant because it was the same year that NAACP told blacks, “It is time to turn your picture of Lincoln to the wall, the debt has been paid.”
Once the Civil Rights Acts was passed, black voters began to seriously vote for the Democratic Party.

When Richard Nixon’s Southern Strategy got George Wallace’s 1968 and Storm Thurman’s 1948 presidential election voters into the Republican ranks, blacks finally fled the Republican party in doves. Still, Nixon won 32 % of black votes.
