This is crazy. Although, I think the kid did a great job driving and parking and then running! LOL!
If it happens again – prosecute the parents…….

The capper was definitely the running away at the end! I’d say that young man’s butt will be too sore to drive again any time soon after Mom and Dad got hold of ‘em! Just glad he and other motorists and the police are safe.

Having lived in Utah for many years, I can sympathize with the poor kid. I’d run too if I had to sit through those boring and stuffy services. ;)

The kid should spend time in JUVIE to learn a lesson. They DO have JUVIES in Utah, don’t they??
