I have to say from all the things I have seen over the past few years, tazering has become much to common. It seems that the police have taken the least common denominator. I do not blame the cop on the street as much as I do the powers behind them that force them into these situations. The powers that be have relieved the neighborhood police officer of being able to use common sense. They are not allowed anymore to use judgment at the street level. That is a shame and leads us further down the path of a police state

I would say this story has some legs. 24 hours, tops. Make the most of it.

This story is both outrageous and nonsense. Why would police TASE a double amputee in a wheelchair???? That’s insane!

And WHY was the guy NAKED from the waist down?? And had a 2-year-old child on his lap??

The story makes ZERO sense.

Can’t seem to view the video, but read the linked article. Just can’t figure out what the hell the real problem was or why police would overreact like that. TASING SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, PERIOD. IT’S TOO DANGEROUS AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, UNNECESSARY. USE A TRANQUILIZER DART, IF NECESSARY, BUT LOSE THE CRAP ABOUT ELECTRICALLY SHOCKING SOMEONE WHOSE HEART MIGHT QUIT FROM THE SHOCK!

This poor man. I don’t blame him for not handing his baby over to child protective services. Those people are off the chain. They yank kids these days way too fast without ever stopping to think that the act of ripping a child away from their home and parents is in and of itself highly traumatic. Not to mention they say they are worried about the welfare of the child, but are willing to tase the Father while he is holding her? How is that going to affect the baby? They couldn’t spend a few minutes to sit down and reason with this man? Maybe have him hold the baby while they looked her over a bit to check for any problems?

Jeez, no, these days they just grab the kids right out of the gate, damn the consequences to the very child they say they are trying to protect. Then they throw the poor child into a foster home, many of which are NOT good. They throw them into an abusive situation to save them from an abusive situation. It is insanity.

The story wants us to jump to the conclusion that two white cops tazed a legless black man because they are….. Oh yeah, they were called there for a domestic dispute and he was naked from the waste down. It would be nice to have both sides of the story, and a couple of facts, instead of trying to get me to accept this was racist.

Sounds like the FBI needs to investigate this department

People, we’ve got to stop the state CPS- from taking our children away from us. They are doing too much and the CPS has been under investigation for having pedos working for them in large numbers. Texas for instance… but there are a lot of crappy parents too – and it will continue on if we dont stop the state steamroller!

The victim is not playing the race card, he clearly stated the cops did not use racial slurs while they assaulted him.

He was not naked before the assault, that happened during the incident. He was then left with his pants down, restrained, on the public curb.

He may have lost his legs a few years back, but now he’ll be one filthy rich amputee!

The Massachusetts House.( maybe the MOST Liberal in the Nation).. is now passing a new law that every citizen in the State must receive a H1N1 flu shot by law…And Cops will NOT need a search warrant… or an arrest warrant to go into your home and take you away for not having the shot…And both the Cops and the Far Left Child Services can take all kids away from their parents and force the kids to have this shot.

This is INCREDIBLE!! This State House also denied the people a Right to vote on G@y Marriage…even after all due diligence was done..170,000 signatures etc….

They also voted in 204 at Kennedy’s behest to change the law that stood for generations that said the Mass Governor would appoint a Senator if one of their senators left office…as Ted K…thought Kerry would be by winning the Presidency..He did not want Romney ,a Republican, to appoint a Senator of his choice.

Now that Ted is dead…they just voted that law back so their Far Left Governor Deval Patrik,….a Mini Obama and another Chicago liberal lying Democrat.. ..can appoint a Liberal to the Senate…This is partisan politics at it’s criminal worst.

The Constitution means NOTHING to Obama and all Dems…Our Rights mean NOTHING to these Godless Constitution haters. Sick! TASING: The NEW AMERICAN PASTTIME!

Have you ever seen a legless fellow being tazed? It’s like watching Tom Delay in “Dancing With the Stars.” I see no problem with this whole thing and for those of you conservatives who can’t take a little joke, get a life. It’s one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen and I work with the handicapped and pulled many tricks on them. It works especially well when they can’t speak. This one is new and I’m going to add it to my portfolio. Conservatism is dead!

Actually he was butt neckud bouncing a neighbor kid up and down in his lap when the cops arrived. He was having a little trouble getting his pants up over his stump when they approached him.

Newsflash for all of you out there law enforcement. When the cops give you a lawful order, you are required to comply. If you don’t they are actually required to make you comply. One of the ways police force physical compliance is via pain – and they aren’t required to roll around on the ground with every miscreant who won’t do what they are told. I’d like to get the officer’s account – just because this guy’s in a wheelchair doesn’t mean he wasn’t resisting arrest. This may be hard for the average person to understand, but since you don’t know anything about police procedure, you shouldn’t comment. Actually, you should see if your local cops have a ‘ride along’ program and if they do, go on a tour down in the ‘hood. It aint like you see on TV and people love to give the cops a hard time about everything.
