It’s hard to keep silent as an anchor when someone is giving crud for information. The fact is that no government program, prove me wrong, has ever stayed under budget. This congressman or whoever he was knows it and he is not reporting it. CBO can only give an estimate with the information they are given. The fact is that the “bill” that Pelosi gave them was not a complete bill and will probably be amended before the vote. Reid’s bill hasn’t even been checked by CBO because it is no longer the Baucus bill, it was changed after it was voted out of committee. Now it is the Reid Bill and is very different than the one passed through the committee.
