Hey Pelosi – My questions and comments are directly related to the constitutionality of congress getting involved in the health insurance industry. It is a proven fact that because government is directly involved, primarily because of insurance lobbyists attempting to gain a competitive edge, hence the establishment of creating insurance monopolies through state and federal legislation and setting up artificial market barriers, such as forbidding a Kentucky insurance company from marketing its products across state lines, say for example, into Virginia, Montana, etc. The government places these artificial free market barriers and increases the costs of offered products because the competition factor is in effect eliminated.

It is essential that you introduce legislation that effectively removes these government produced artificial market barriers which will allow all insurance companies to compete for business wherever the state of origin. The system now is egregious, anti free market and is not in the best interest of consumers, but certainly in the best interest of politicians.

Furthermore, I am sure you remember Bernie Madoff and his prosecution for creating a Ponzi scheme. My question is why aren’t those who pass and continually promote more` Illegal’ legislation for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid prosecuted and thrown into jail. Why don’t you introduce legislation that would drive these PONZI Schemes into eventual demise? In other words, ANTIQUE them into EXTINCTION.
I do have workable `eliminate’ solutions for these Ponzi schemes but, as you know, there would be a fire storm of opposition by most politicians because the first thing these unprincipled individuals would say to themselves; there go my voting blocks, media and financial supporters. But – too damned bad – this is America and elected politicians need to begin to serve under the Original Interpretations of the most precious document ever written – the U.S. Constitution.
