No, Lady Liberty, nothing about a two cookie limit. But I do agree with

did the right thing. But I’m also taking a jab at those who get kinda
hysterical on the marijuana issue, the “Reefer Madness” types. Prohibition
of alcohol was a failure, so are the still-existing moronic pot laws.
If it has to be illegal, then let the punishment fit the “crime”, like a $50
maximum fine. What say you, Lady Liberty?

As a (former) cop, I never saw a violent stoner, just a hungry one. Some other drugs, like alcohol, are known for causing aggressive behavior.
