If this had happened 20 yrs ago, one of the neighbors or the couple’s son would have gone out there and shot every one of those dogs before the animal control even had a chance to get there. I am for animal rights, but if an animal, especially a domesticated one, kills a human, they have to be shot. I don’t care how hungry they were.
