O'Reilly vs. Sharpton: Is "Rev." Sharpton a Race Baiter?   July 9th, 2009 - 3:22 am

Mr. O’Reilly, I thank you for asking the tough questions. The answer is yes.

“Jackson sold more records than anyone else in history” claims SHARP AL. If it’s true, what could be sicker than that?

Dave, Tn   July 9th, 2009 - 6:30 am

What’s next? Sharpton & Co going to demand Peter King “change” his last name?

Bill Clinton   July 9th, 2009 - 6:44 am

Wonder where Al goes to get that 700 dollar hair cut. Man it’s beautiful!

jbh50   July 9th, 2009 - 7:30 am

BO, MO, AS, JJ…all dividers in our society. These people are NOT uniters.

Al Gore   July 9th, 2009 - 8:30 am

Hey Al,

You are a slimy opportunist, piece of crap crook.
Did you pork Dr. Mary Pat yet?

How ironic is this?   July 9th, 2009 - 9:11 am

Two supremely strange people discussing whether or not another strange person is strange.

duncan   July 9th, 2009 - 9:11 am

Hey Al, How is TAWANA BRAWLEY these days?

Move on nothing to see here   July 9th, 2009 - 9:54 am

Michael Jackson was one of the most talented entertainers of all times.

Jackson donated and raised more than 300 million dollars for beneficial causes through his Heal the World Foundation, charity singles, and support of 39 charities. In 2000, Jackson was listed in the book of Guinness World Records for his support of 39 charities, more than any other entertainer or personality.

Though he was accused of child sexual abuse in 1993, the criminal investigation was closed due to lack of evidence and Jackson was not charged.

In 2005, Jackson was tried and acquitted of different sexual abuse allegations and several other charges.
Unless some of you saw him molesting children, you are just going on what you believe and not what you know.
He was a tortured soul who never lived a normal life.Every one should let the man rest in peace and I am sick and tried of hearing about Micheal Jackson.Every one in the media and every where else should just move on.

Agree   July 9th, 2009 - 11:15 am

I am a white, conservative Republican, and an evangelical Christian. I typically do not agree with Rev. Al Sharpton on anything, but I agree with him wholeheartedly on this issue. Rev. Al is not the only one who has stated that MJ broke racial barriers, I have heard the same statement from a number of white people, in the media and otherwise. Those of you who refuse to acknowledge this fact do so because you are convinced that MJ was nothing but freak. I don’t see him that way. I don’t believe he was a child molester, just listen to what the jurors (not a jury of his peers by the way, not one black on the jury) have to say. One juror, an older, white gentelmen stated he believed MJ was innocent and that the prosecution, despite calling 135 witnesses did not present any evidence that convinced him in any way that MJ was a child molester. As for the ‘93 accusations, anyone who would take money to keep quiet when they claim their child was molested is wrong. I have children and I wouldn’t take a dime. I believe he slept in the same room, not the same bed, because he loved children and he was childlike himself. He was naive, innocent, and just wanted children to experience the love and care he did not get from his own father. MJ was different, but not the freak that so many of you are convinced he was. He was troubled, and he had plastic surgery, but he was not the freak that you WANT to believe he was. He lived his life helping children, giving 300-500 million dollars to help people in this world. When he traveled the world he would go to orphanages to hold the children, to show them some love in this ugly world. He visited our troops who were wounded in war, and he did it quietly. “We are the World” was his first big effort to help people in our world and he did more in his lifetime. He wanted to help, to heal, to love, but none of you ever acknowledge any of this because he looked weird. Superficial and sad.

I would never say this simply because I would be labelled as a racist.. but Rev. Al is STRANGE….. it is amazing that he did not defend Jackson when these allegations came to light. Now, that it is the PC thing to do.. he gets on his soapbox and shouts as loud as he can!!!

Tom F.   July 9th, 2009 - 1:29 pm

IT IS RECKLESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE FOR A “LAW MAKER” TO CALL JACKSON A CHILD MOLESTER??? SHARPTON IS THE MOST
DESPICABLE SELF-SERVING RACIST EVER! HE IS NOW TRYING TO RE-INVENT HIMSELF INTO SOME KIND OF LEGITIMATE
CIVIL RIGHTS SPOKESMAN. PLEASE, ANYONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW THIS DIRT BAGS HISTORY, JUST GOOGLE “TWANA BRAWLEY”.
HE MAKES MY SKIN CRAWL! AND O’RIELLY (MR. NO SPIN) NEVER ONCE CHALLENGED THIS IDIOT! AND O’RIELLY KNOWS HIS HISTORY.

I don’t know if MJ had sex with kids, but I do know he was one weird mo fo. To say he wasn’t is insane. MJ didn’t bring anyone together anymore than BHO. Puhleese. Sharpton is such a big POS race baiter.

JC   July 9th, 2009 - 5:13 pm

He was giving a eulogy for crying out loud! People always overstate how wonderful the person was at their funeral. Bill O’Reilly was just stirring up his audience.

mary M.   July 9th, 2009 - 11:26 pm

Sharpton, you are a joke and a disgrace to the black race. Yes, I am a black woman who is saying this.

X   July 10th, 2009 - 10:45 am

I agreed with Sharpton in that video for the first and last time. He’s still a turd.
