Once more the vaunted independents are in the middle, the fence they so often sit upon has finally given way, fortunatley for the Country the fence has fallen distinctively to the right. Every polling entity has discouverd a little published factoid. The predominant life style and ideolgy in America is conservative. Party affiliation has little to do with how people live their lives. When the dominant political parties lose touch with the majority of Americans, they, the people react to set the pedulum right. The country as a majority leans center right, much to the consternation of the left. When we witness the bastardization of the legislative process just exibited in the passing of what has become dirisively labeled Obamacare, we the people became mobilized. I am sure that the reception the representatives recieved when they returned to their districts was not what they anticipated. If they were being welcomed as heros in the districts, you can be certain the MSM would have been all over it, there would have been round the clock loops of happy constituents attending townhall meetings thanking the representatives. These cowards would’nt even schedule townhall meeting during their trips home. That my fellow travelers speaks volumes.
Americans better wake up and smell the communism. This government is trying to pull a communist take over just like Chavez did in Venezuela, except they know that must effect the change at a slower rate. Spread the word. Liberal MSNBC host Rachel Maddow will anchor an April 19 retrospective on terrorist Timothy McVeigh and whether his murder of 168 people could be linked to “today’s anti-government extremists.”
During an ad for the upcoming special, footage of bloody victims from the Oklahoma City bombing appeared onscreen as an announcer wondered, “15 years later, can McVeigh’s words help us understand today’s anti-government extremists?”
Now, it’s possible that the “anti-government extremists” the ad refers to are groups such as the recently arrested militia group in Michigan. But, it’s worth remembering that after the original bombing, journalists jumped to associate McVeigh’s actions with mainstream conservatism.
For anti-government extremists she will suggest Tea Part trust me !!
Then-Today show co-host Bryant Gumbel derided:
“The bombing in Oklahoma City has focused renewed attention on the rhetoric that’s been coming from the right and those who cater to angry white men. When one didn’t happen, they made it up. Nobody “spit” on anyone. Now, maybe that man who was shouting “kill the bill” sprayed some spittal on the face of the Congressman or Senator (whoever) when he got right in his face and pointed his finger, but at no time did I witness anyone spitting on him. Also, when he went back with the police officer and said the “spitter” wasn’t there, that was another lie, because the man was standing right in the same spot he was when he was shouting “kill the bill”. HA HA HA makes me laugh. And with all the cell phone camera’s on at that moment they walked through the crowd, why didn’t anyone hear the name calling?? Ahhh, we must always keep those cell phones pointed in the right direction to squash this lying retorick from the left wing trouble makers.

Chris Matthews threw a hissy fit over Limbaugh’s calling the Obama administration a regime. Chrissy went on and on about how unacceptable it was in this land of ‘honest elections’ to refer to any political group (meaning Obama, of course) as a regime.
Limbaugh just played the sound clip of that program and then read the results of the research his team did: I believe it was the Washington Post who referred to Bush 24 times as a ‘regime’, Quoted Kerry in 2000 as calling the Bush group a ‘regime’, and lo, and behold, found a clip of Chris Matthews calling Bush’s administration ‘a regime’.
This needs to be out there in bold letters so that everyone can hear these clips and know once and for all what a hypocritical phony Matthews is.
Hopefully Beck will pounce on it tonight.

The vileness you see on this video happened all over the country on a daily basis for eight years. Was there one peep from any Republican politician about the not just meanness and nastiness, but the actual acts of violence, threatening language and harassment of these protesters? No! They knew if they said anything the left would cry censorship, so Bush and the Republicans took it in stride as the result of living in a free democracy. I guess we’re not living in a free democracy anymore, because spirited but absolutely peaceful protesters are now routinely being denounced by the people currently in power.
Don’t forget, when the Bush administration came into office, the Democrats had trashed the White House offices, broke the computer keyboards and phones, cut wires, etc. Bush never said anything about it.

I read an earlier post here that related this administration to that of Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela. The big difference there would be the Venezuelans don’t own a butt ton of nukes or a large military.
