I would love to go through some of the news reels from this station or any other, from these same cities when Tea Party rallies were taking place. From what I remember the tone from anchors on the news was tense and always there was this undertone of impending violence, guns, racism, Hitler, incendiary rhetoric, fringe, radical on and on. When if you saw the rally or the video, it was just middle aged people talking about policy, love of country and constitution, no violence or talk of it, incendiary rhetoric was rare and usually left wing plants. Conversely the anchors now talk soft, and serene, gushing, proud… as the video shows violence, hateful rhetoric, vandalism, mob mentality, threats of violence, actual violence……

Even been in a rally bad tornado? Right before it hits the sky looks insane green and it gets real still….then BOOM! That's what this bizarre, star wars bar scene OWS feels like to me. The winds are dying down and the sky is green. If this ends without bloodshed, I will be amazed.

Yes, I've seen that green sky. I have actually been IN (encompassed within the funnel of) a tornado – luckily, not a particularly big one, or I would not have survived). Not an experience I'd care to repeat. So I know what you're talking about. And yes, I will be amazed if this ends without bloodshed.
