i taught 5th grade in public schools for years (no, I didn't belong to a union) and my fifth graders could easily have answered these questions because I taught a unit on the Constitution and gave a test on the articles and amendments. It is sickening that these people know so little. They either paid no attention in school or had liberal teachers who thought the Constituion isn't important or is outmoded and not worthy of their time.

In the case of occupy… who don't really seem to have homes, only tents and tarps… it's something you do at the nearest public facility (Like a tree, a sidewalk or a police car).
