See, here is the deal, you guys need to understand, this is how Obama’s mind works. The way he sees it is to have him on every channel is “competition” just like he means when he says the Government Heath care Option brings “competition” to the insurance market. That way no matter where you go for health care it will all be the same. We all know in government, “fair” or “the same” means “lowest common denominator”. Crappy health care for everyone, just like the crappy TV that was on last night.
We can’t let this opportunity to shove socialism down your throats pass by.
I know that for decades (hundreds of years) Americans have rejected socialism

Fox offered the dance show on its entertainment channel, and the speech on its news channel. People could choose which channel to tune into. Seems like a PUBLIC OPTION we should be able to live with!

I am one who watched “So You Think You Can Dance.” It’s show about people who have trained hard and worked hard to compete. The best get on the show and work their butts off to come out on top. No one hands them anything or coddles them and the winner is chosen based on their own merit.
It was an excellent alternative to “Mr. Let Me Do Everything For You Because You’re Too Stupid to Do It Yourselves” speech.
Frankly, I don’t watch any of Obama’s speeches if I can help it. I read them later on–it’s a lot easier to break them down and digest them that way…and it saves my TV from me throwing things at it.
And seriously–I resent Obama trying to insert himself into every facet of my life. After listening to the news, reading the news, etc. the last thing I need is his smug mug showing up during my leisure time.
