This is also what’s going on with Sotomayor. If you are black or white or green in a court against a Latino, you better hope you don’t get Judge Sotomayor who has stated publicly that she will have empathy for the Latino and that she is a better judge because of it. And that’s not how it works. You can’t have everyone fearing that their Judge might not be the same color they are; that your Judge will empathise with the other guy because the two are color coordinated.

According to DICK durbin, as a white guy I don’t have it in my DNA to understand the “plight” of minorities, although I grew up in an ethnically diverse city and was a minority in my high school.
I would like to know when we stop saying “Black-American”,”Latino-American”, Gay-American” oh and this is rich now we have “Muslim-American”, gee I never have been referred to as a “Roman-Catholic-American”, I guess the 100 million Catholics in the country to rate a “community rating”.

If “hate bill”-obsessed Congress [and Obama] can’t protect Christians from “gays” as much as it wants to protect “gays” from Christians, will Congress be surprised if it can’t protect itself from most everyone? If “hate bills” are forced on captive Americans, they’ll still find ways to sneakily continue to “plant” Biblical messages everywhere. Since when are Ethnic Groups inclusive of Gays? How does a person’s behavior choices demand equality with whether someone is born black, latino or any other ethnic flavor…So, let me get this right…if we start including Gays as protected as we do with Ethnic Diversity…What about those guys who love Goats? Blacks are fed up with the illegal Latinos taking all their welfare, their food stamps, making them have to wait in line behind them (Latinos) at the emergency rooms in hospitals especially on week-ends, they are fed up with the Latinos being first in line for free food, first for free school supplies, first for vaccinations, free handouts, they are fed up with Latinos DWI cases being dismissed when blacks have to pay the fine and serve the time, they are fed up with getting tickets for no car insurance while Latinos get passes, and much more. Does Obama really think blacks are so crazy about him that they will defend all that? I don’t think so.
