Some people say it makes no difference that Kagan is a lesbian. I disagree in that generally speaking gays have a much more liberal agenda than the majority of Americans who tend to be right of center. So if there is limited paper trail of Kagan, then her sexual leanings should be a factor in helping us judge whether she would interpret the Constitution as most Americans would want particularily on gay marriage and abortion.
I suspect that with the huge gay population in both the NY and Hollywood media, that they will make sure Kagan gets favorable publicity and simply not report those items that would show her negatives.

I have a big problem appointing a Judge to the Supreme Court for “life” that has no judicial experience at all, zip, zero, nada, and a very limited legal litigation background serving in any court as well. The only cases she has tried, are since she has been a “political” appointee by Obama. There’s nothing here, and it doesn’t cut it for me.

Obama’s truly the U.S.A.’s first Snake Oil Salesman in Chief. He can’t be believed because he won’t make believable promises or declarations and he refuses to uphold what he’s said because he just doesn’t want to. It’s the behavior of a juvenile delinquent in Office who is very, very dangerous to the wellbeing of us all.

Yes, yes they are but that’s their modus operandi.
There’s a REASON they are these “blank slates” and maintain that “blank slate” privilege of remaining so and that is that that’s their method of traction.
It’s like a modern day Witches Club or something. Meet in the dark in the outlying ditches and never admit they were there and don’t recognize one another when they meet later among “the other people”.
Kagan was adviser to the DNC, for Heaven’s sake. For starters (aside from the rest of her Leftwing associations, dedications and opinions), no one would ever want her on a jury much less a bench, if any case involving ANY political issue was ever necessary to be heard.
So she’s a Democratic Party worker or handler or agent or whatever one calls it. Not “just” a Democrat but a DNC agent. Hardly ANYone who could EVER be relied upon to be “fair and balanced” on the Supreme Court.
She was an adviser to the Clinton Administration WHEN Clinton lied under oath (bad, bad ethics).
She was adviser to GoldmanFrickinSachs during the expose of their ethics violations (not that we’ve ever been exposed to more that I am sure do exist there).
Her goals seem to be to “rework” the Constitution. Even the hint of that should disqualify her from the Supreme Court. In her case, it appears it’s her life’s mission to do so, that reworking and that’s why Obama’s nominated her: eradication of Rights, government controls, increased Stalinist government monopoly…horrible.
