This is great news but I’m sorry to say that it’s not enough.
Mr. Soros is a great man and puts his money where his mouth is.
I seriously doubt that the people that are in need are abusing the money. We just want our children to go to school and learn and have the same opportunity that white kids have.
We just want parity and payback for the abuse that we have suffered for the past 500 years.

This is not a racial or a ration issue. At what cost to your mama and papa, even you denied hip replacement, etc, etc? Will Obama’s plan deny crack babies care at any of today’s cost? Today estimated at two million dollars for three months of hospital care, per crack. Two 2 billion dollars in 1992, in today’s dollars and that’s in New York City only.

I dont understand how this payout was legal or fair…if food stamps is a federal program, why did this stimulus money ONLY go to NY residents receiving them? What about the rest of the country who have just as many families who could have benefitted from this program? They shouldnt be doing for one state if they cant do for all, its just wrong.
