With 2 more judges appointed by Obama, and squeezed through the septic system called conformation hearings, the progressives, dressed as democrats will be assured that any challenge to their law/rule that may actually make as far as will go their way 6-5. Obama ran for president as a person who would be able to bring everyone together to work together. He has done nothing but the opposite. Now he has the supreme court ticked off at him. His arrogance is astounding.

Judge Alito asked obama’s government lawyer 3 times if a book came out during the election cycle and if that book has mentioned one of the candidates by name inside it… WOULD HE BAN THE BOOK and unbelievability the lawyer said YES 3 times. The court had to rule for the 1st amendment. The other parts of the law were not discussed so they were not effected.

Comments on the CBS News site are running strongly against Obama for his crass incitement against the Supreme Court last night. Some are calling him “Kanye West” and saying they wouldn’t blame SCOTUS for never attending another of his SOTUAs.

Free speech notwithstanding (which his very remarks crticized), it was tinhorn dictator stuff, and reaffirms my assessment of Obama as a Chavist. He is stirring up intimidation of a constitutionally separate body who are not supposed to be making decisions on a political basis. (Though there is no “Separation of Powers Clause,” no constitutionalist would ever say that separation of powers is “not in the Constitution,” because it is plain and fundamental in the very structure of the government created by the document.)
